    Dit is echt heel slecht, weinig geleerd van de vorige actie... zo gaat het opgebouwde klanten bestand van de afgelopen jaren snel verloren denk ik? #bringjointback

            @bunq#153825 Nou er was niks onduidelijks aan! Het was juist precies wat wij (in elk geval) zochten. Ieder je eigen rekening + een gezamenlijke voor een goede prijs. Ik zou zeggen deel dat onderzoek eens met ons. En pijl nu opnieuw eens hoeveel mensen joint terug willen. Geloof me, meer mensen willen joint terug. Als het niet duidelijk genoeg was kan je ook meer duidelijkheid geven ipv de boel schrappen!

              If they don't bring back Joint or won't stop the price increase of over 60% I will change banks, just like a lot of other people on this forum. How can you just increase the price of a already expensive product (compared to other banks) in one day and expect your customers to be ok with it? Based on a single question in a poll?

                Ik wil Joint ook terug. Dat ze extra abonnementen wilden toevoegen om mensen de keuze te geven om eventueel iets te willen bijdragen wat betreft het planten van bomen door extra maandelijkse kosten ipv jaarlijks kan ik begrijpen. Waarom het echter simpeler is om Joint hiermee te annuleren is een onbegrijpelijke verandering. Als het echt ging om het verduidelijken van de beschikbare abonnementen hadden ze net zo goed de naam van Joint kunnen aanpassen.

                    @bunq#153825 Hey bunq! This is very disappointing to be honest. You claim that you have overwhelming support from your clients but I was personally never asked to give my opinion. You also claim that it's simpler but it's not I don't understand one bit, except the fact that I will pay more. I don't even know what will happen to my partner?
                    I'm lost, confused and sad...

                      @LauraOE#153846 Nou, de naam was super onduidelijk. Maar die hadden ze ook gewoon kunnen veranderen, dat hebben tig mensen al vanaf de dag dat Joint-membership werd geïntroduceerd voorgesteld.

                        bunq is supposed to be a better bank, right? Planting trees isn't enough to justify paying twice what you paid before.

                        If you had easy investment options at least it would be acceptable this much for the convenience, though...
