  • Tried to switch my unwanted supergreen account back to business

I tried to switch my free trial period back to a regular business subscription. I only had auto Vat enabled, so switched that off this weekend. Today I went into my profile.. subscriptions.. switch subscription to business.. confirm (9,99 per month) ..
And then it says my subscription will end April 22 and I will be moved onto a travel card ??!!!!???

I asked with support.. waiting for a reply.
Had anybody tried this as well? Did it work for you?

      @Newtype#157279 This does not answer the question. Instead it’s feeding negativity towards a legit question.
      If Lambda does not want to pay €9,99 a month he/she didn’t downgrade but would have canceled the agreement.

          Still no response from support, did anyone try to switch accounts after the changes were deployed over the weekend?

            Messages from support while typing my last message. Apparently it is an app glitch, and being worked on.
