When you first sign up for bunq, you are automatically enrolled in our Easy Bank Pro XL plan. This allows you to fully experience all the benefits of bunq! However, if you don’t change your plan following this free trial, we’ll start billing you for Easy Bank Pro XL after your first month at bunq. Rest assured, if you forgot to change your plan, you can still get a refund 🙌
How does it work?
To request an invoice refund, you should contact our Support Center about it by following the steps mentioned below:
- Go to Profile
- Tap on 🟢 Support
When can I request an invoice refund?
If this happens to you or you weren’t aware of the costs for your plan, you can always request a refund on your first invoice through our Support Center.
