• Additional questions about bunq +1

@Tim#159599 Yes maximum of 4 premium accounts in a pack, I get that. But my question is if a +1 account is considered part of a premium account or seperate in terms of a pack.

Might be a stupid question, but its a bit hard for me to grasp.

So let me ask more clearly;
Is the following possible in one and the same pack:
1x premium with a +1 account
3x premium

Thus costing €22,98 in total for 5 people?

    Hey, ich wollte gern mein +1 einladen. Allerdings funktioniert das nicht, da ich nicht auf weiter klicken, nach der Kontakt auswahl, kann. Die App ist aktualisiert. Wie gehe ich vor? Liebe Grüße

          Zeker, passen zijn allereerst strikt persoonlijk. Je mag ze volgens de voorwaarden niet uitlenen. Daarnaast heeft ze zelf geen toegang tot de app maar zou dit via jouw inloggegevens moeten, dat is ook tegen de algemene voorwaarden. Daarnaast blijft alles wat er met de rekening en pas gebeurt jouw volledige aansprakelijkheid ;)

            You will be able to start using the +1 feature from the 23rd of April. You'll find more information about that on this topic

              Everyone in your family can be invited as your +1 if you're a Premium or SuperGreen user. Each of them will get a free card of his/her choice for only €2,99 per person.

              I have two questions
              1) does this mean if they don't want a card they can sign up, use the app, and don't pay anything?
              2) Could you clarify if the 2,99 is a 1 time fee for a free card? Or where does the free part come in?

                @Simon-Magenta-Zebra#159630 Voor een deel van de voormalig Joint gebruikers lijkt mij bunq Pack het beste idee en anders Premium. Ik heb overigens een hele hoop gebruikers gezien die aangaven maar 1 rekening en pas te willen delen, daar spelen ze met de +1 beter op in.

                Daarnaast is +1 een lang gewenste feature voor kinderen en werknemers. Als alle storm is overgewaaid is er een erg mooi aanbod voor bunq gebruikers. Uiteraard zal het niet voor iedereen een perfecte fit zijn.

                  Right now I am sharing two sub-accounts with my wife. How would I proceed with this new +1? Do I need to close one of the two shared accounts before inviting her?

                    Hi Victor,

                    You can add your family members as your +1 and give them access to one of your sub-accounts for €2,99 a month. They will get a free plastic card of their choice if they decide to order one. You can find more information about that on this topic

                                Ik kan me zoiets nog herinneren van 2 of 3 jaar geleden inderdaad (misschien langer?), maar de algemene voorwaarden zijn sindsdien al een aantal keer bijgewerkt.

                                  @bunq#159661 And maybe one suggestion: besides the plastic card, at least one or two virtual (online) cards would also be a great feature, since that added security for internet payments is certainly also a good thing for a +1.

                                    This is the replacement for joint for people why wanted to add kids/family members to their account for a lower price. And although i think 2.99 is rather steep to pay for kids (who get a 50 cent/week allowance in my case) it does seem to fit the general idea.

                                    For 2 premium packages you can both join a pack and still stay at 10 euro/month,

                                    A new joint replacement will never be exactly the same as the old joint. They wouldn't have stopped it if they wanted to continue it in the same format. Also, there is no reasonable expectation prices won't go up. If that is what you are waiting for as joint replacements it just won't happen. But the same applies to your cable company, your water bill or any other subscription you might have.
