Sorry for the term sub account... a sub account is the same thing as a bank account. The +1 feature only give you the option to share 1 bank account.

So let’s take my wife and I for example.... we have a few bank accounts of our own... but also share a lot of bank accounts with each other. Take for instance an account for groceries or a bank account for subscriptions like Netflix.

In this scenario +1 isn’t going to help you since you can only share 1 single bank account with your partner. The only way to do this if you and your partner both have Premium or have a bunq Pack.

I understand that you were used to be able to share more bank accounts with Joint, but unfortunately +1 isn’t a 100% replacement of that.

        Hi Berno!

        With bunq +1 you can give access to one of your sub-accounts to your employees for only €2,99 per person. This includes an optional plastic card of their choice.

          Your IBANs haven't been changed during this transition. If one of you decides to switch to +1, you'll be able to choose which of your IBANs you want to keep sharing.

            Wait... So me and my girlfriend have a joint account and pay 10 Euro subscription and we both have more then 1 shared account and we want to keep it this way. Does this mean we go from 10 euro per month to 16 euro per month ? Almost doubling the monthly fee?

                @Thijs-Cyan-Panther#159941 correct, but keep in mind.. with Joint you only shared one set of Premium feature. Now you both will have a full Premium!

                Of course it depends on what your personal needs are and if you think Premium it is worth it. But again that are personal choices

                          Yes but my girlfriend she have EU pasport and live in Malta but at this moment she works and she is stuck in Bangkok so she is EU citizen

                            @Godwin-Orange-Starfish#159964 Citizenship doesn't matter. Only place of residence. She could be Thai living in Malta, then it would be ok. But a Maltese in Thailand, not ok.

                            (I'm speaking about opening and maintaining a bunq account. Of course it's totally fine to BE a Maltese living in Thailand. Nothing against that.)

                              Yes she is resident of Malta but she is stuck in Thailand because airports are closed have Maltese ID and Maltese passport just until airport opens

                                @Godwin-Orange-Starfish#159968 Yeah then she should be able to open a bunq account. As said, it doesn't matter so much where her identity documents come from, as long as she is a resident of an EEA country ;-)

                                  Is er ook een oplossing voor de boekhouder die bij alle rekeningen moet kunnen en geen premium wil aanschaffen? Een pack nemen zou ons supergreen abonnement downgraden naar een gewoon business abonnement hetgeen zonde zou zijn.

                                    So what would the best way to handle this be for my wife and I? We currently share 8 accounts for different purposes.

                                    The way I see it we either pay 8x2,99€ or we pay 7,99€ each?

                                    This is quite a price hike still coming from joint..

                                      @Enis#159909 You now will pay €7,99 + €2,99 = €10,98
                                      You will get: one full Premium subscription and with +1 you will be able to setup one joint bank account with someone you invite as your +1

                                      You can invite as many +1’s as you like... be aware that every +1 needs to be an unique person.

                                      If you want to share more bank accounts with the same person. You both will need at Premium (or Premium SuperGreen).

                                        @JohnDo#159980 Ik wil het ook wel als vraag mbt +1 formuleren, laat maar horen als je dat wilt.
                                        De hoop was dat +1 een alternatief biedt voor Joint. Dat is het niet. Vandaar mijn opmerking, en veel van de +1 vragen. Ik denk dat een groot deel van de Joint gebruikers niet tevreden is met +1 als compensatie voor het eenzijdig afschaffen van joint.
