  • [Fixed] Bug: cannot stop account Connect

So now Support's suggestion is to move all the money away from the account in question until they fix this (no ETA, but it is on a "priority list"). I will think again twice before I use the Connect feature again. As an account holder you should ALWAYS be able to revoke access...

      Yesterday I was told that my issue was on a priority list, and I should contact Support again today if I didn't hear back from them. So I contacted Support again today. There's no update, and they say that the agent that asked me to contact them today misunderstood the situation.

        I have the same problem, I want to close my account but I cannot because Otly! Is still connected and revoke does not work, support is already 2 weeks on this!

          @RemcoM#164871 I was told this is on a priority list of some sorts, but isn't solved yet. I'm still unable to stop my Connect. I've been in contact with Otly, and they directed me to bunq since the problem is with bunq’s system, not Otly's.

            I'm on the same boat. Cannot stop connect hence cannot rework all our 6 accounts due the account offer/policy changes.

              Any update on this @bunq?

                This bug seems to be fixed. Just now I was able stop the Connect with Otly! Happy bunqer here!

                    I also cannot unpair and the connected employee's account has been hacked. This is very serious, in one day 2600e of fake payments were sent to Indian sounding names. I removed all the money but I cannot disconnect the hacked account
