I already reported via support 3 weeks ago that I cannot change my PIN in the app. When I enter the code the first time, I then have to do a verification and enter the same code. Then it jumps back to the first screen where I have to adjust my pin again.
After first contact with support, a report was made, but after that nothing but silence.
Multiple conversations with support employees have also led to nothing.
For 3 weeks now I have not been able to use my card or Apple Pay to make payments in stores and I Bunq starting to lose my patience and confidence in Bunq a bit.
Maybe I can achieve something this way. Anyone tips?
