Hi, if I change my Premium subscription to the travel card plan, are there any costs connected to this? And what can you do with the Travel Card plan? Pay in stores? And can you send money to other people?

@Sebastian-Azure-Lynx#170181 are there any costs connected to this?
Do you already have a Travel Card as part of your Premium subscription? Then there are no costs when switching to the Travel membership.
@Sebastian-Azure-Lynx#170181 Pay in stores?
Yes, you can pay in stores and online using the Travel Card. As it is a Mastercard, it can only be used in stores where Mastercard is an accepted payment method. Depending on your country of residence, Mastercard acceptance can vary.
@Sebastian-Azure-Lynx#170181 And can you send money to other people?
No. The Travel membership doesn't include an actual bank account. You cannot send bank transfers, and you cannot accept direct debits. You can still top up with the usual methods, including SEPA bank transfers, and you can also pay out the remaining balance to a bank account of yours.
@Jakob-Y#170184 Thanks for your answer!
Hi, can premium be changed to travel card while a Dutch Switch Service is already activated?
Will the subscription change trigger a fine?
Hi! So just to make sure I understand it correctly. Let's say I switch from premium to travel. Can I still top up by sending money to my old IBAN? And what if someone else sends money to that IBAN? Does it arrive or will it bounce?
Also, what if I decide to switch back to premium? Will I have the same IBAN as before?
@Sander#174598 Thanks Sander! That's some very helpful information.
