@danielpie#171163 this is a bug. At this very moment bunq is working on it! So rest assure it will be fixed ASAP. Itโs a visual bug.

@Hugo#171051 Yeah but it shouldnโt be hidden, donโt put the blame on Apple. Bunq should not hide important stuff for the sake of a glorified Instagram feed.

@bunq I have two additional questions about V3: 1) Why have you not done more with all the valuable feedback given by beta testers. That could have prevented so much of the negative feedback that is now overflowing the Together forum. Most issues were already noted by beta testers and the other users should not have been burdened by this. And 2) What is your roadmap for fixing the bugs and improving on the interface issues noted in the feedback? Thanks for listening and I wish all bunq employees strength and stamina for the time to come, dealing with all the issues from V3.
Where to switch between personal and business account?
@Richard-Yellow-Shark#171179 Iโm not a fan of the Us tab either but thatโs a different subject.
In hindsight I can see why they went for a long press in the Profile tab, itโs just something that should have been communicated to the user upon their first login to the new app.
This is also a lost opportunity to upsell business accounts to current private customers as a regular user will have no clear indication they could also open a business account with bunq.

Rein interessehalber. Wurde dual Pin abgeschafft?
Und kann man nun nur noch eine virtuelle Karte nutzen?
Ik kan mijn passen niet meer verwijderen, ook staat er dat online pas onderweg is. Kan iemand helpen?
@Flo1979#171199 Ist doch da. Klick auf die Karte. Klick auf die 3 Punkte oben rechts und dann Dual PIN. Virtuelle Karten wurde schon oft geschrieben, ist wohl ein Bug.

Leider ist die Bedienung nicht ansatzweise intuitiv.

@Flo1979#171219 Nee. Ich hab es glaub ich. Auf dem iPhone ist die BETA drauf, da geht es - auf meinem iPad mit der Final Version aus dem App Store geht es nicht.
