Hi, I updated to the new version and can’t switch to my business account??! Please help. This version is confusing and looks like a game rather than a high tech finance app.
@bunq#170805 Dear Bunq, like Lars -and as I already posted just now- I would also strongly prefer keeping V2. Could you let me know till when I can keep using V2?
@Maikel-Sheoratan#171482 I found the solution: log out and log in to the business account. The app asks to joint both accounts in one overview.

@Maikel-Sheoratan#171492 Yes and that is exactly what i regret i have agreed to do, i should have tapped set up later. Now my business account is in my personal overview. I don’t want that. I just want separate overviews behind separate logins.

Hi, two things... 1. One of my online cards disappeared in the update. How can I get it back? 2. Where are the investment preference options? They seem to have disappeared as well. Thanks for letting me know.
V3 is here to stay, a rollback to V2 won’t and shouldn’t happen. There is enough to improve and it will no doubt be better than V2.
My suggestion: either give positive feedback to help V3 become better for everyone or leave for another bank. I tried many banks to know you won’t find any better than bunq if you liked V2. V3 is a change (and in many aspect not for the better), but definitely not as bad as many make it out to be and definitely nothing that can’t be fixed.
I agree though that bunq should have waited rolling out V3 to the public until they had fixed some pretty important bugs that have been reported in beta already. I can imagine people being mad when upgraded from V2 and now they can’t use some functionalities they need. Knowing bunq there will be an update to fix these things really fast. The customers deserve it.
