My partner & I are both with bunq and have several joint / shared accounts. We are planning to move to another bank - with the switching service, how will this work?

Should we create new shared accounts at our new bank first?

Anyone that can explain the process I would be very grateful!

I’ve never engaged in together before because honestly I’ve been more than happy.

I don’t think I’m part of some small minority.
I’m concerned the bank I loved and trusted has lost its way.

@Tjarko#172965 I have stickers on my bike! I was such a fan boy, I’m holding out hope that @bunq or more specifically @ali will listen to the community and work towards restoring the bank to its previous glory.

@Asitis#172940 Someone on here posted a how to but I think @bunq censored it. I’m not on Android so not sure on the process... sorry I can’t be more help. Maybe something on r/bunq?

The things I miss most :

• Light Mode (it feels broken to switch from a light safari to do a payment into a dark bunq)

• Account Pictures (made it my bank, my money, and gave me a sense of investment in the company)

• Scan button on home screen (here in NL I’m constantly scanning QR codes on my laptop / iPad to pay with ideal)

I miss the overall layout of V2, I think V3 feels rushed and badly thought out. But those 3 items are the things hurting me the most right now. I’m sure I’ll discover others.

The whole thing has disappointed me.

When your entire bank is an app interface it’s not great that it changes so drastically so fast. It makes me nervous about where bunqs priorities are and their stability.

Maybe an old traditional boring bank would be safer?
