Dislike! The new overview of my accounts is a mess. Why removing the feature of putting a custom image into it? This is totally frustrating already after a few minutes. It’s not intuitive anymore. Sorry, but thanks, no thanks!!!

Don't know what madness must drive a bank to release a new version, knowing there are unfixed flaws, which are deal-breakers. The broken virtual Card management does hurt some feelings. How am I expected to handle this?

To guys at bunq:
In this thread we have +/- 100 complaints, but no reaction to any of them by bunq-officials.
But we have 2, now 3, positives, and for the first two, we have immediate "hi-5" by bunq-members.
That means of course you're reading the thread.
However the second worst thing for a company coming into troubled water is: to not communicate, to not react, to not respond.
The most worst thing is of course coming into troubled water in first place.
This thread is meanwhile 4 hours old and perhaps you're feeling like walls are tumbling down. Perhaps you're also simply ignoring the complaining ruckus. Well, for the lattter, the things would be even more worse than I want to imagine. For the first, let's assume that all of your guys are coding. But for what purpose? With what underlying plan? Somewhere above it is mentioned that you want to fix the bug with the invisible online-cards. On-the-fly? Seriously? What about all the other details? Do you already have done an analysis? Where are you? What do you want to do?
I know such situations. The worst thing you can do is to play dead or deaf. You have to react. Or your non-reaction is interpreted as your reaction - and that's never of any good. So, please - start.
What can you do to make V3 even better? Revert to V2 and work on the V3.
Either a lot of functionalities are missing or it’s so convenient that I don’t find them (where are my other 4 online cards, allowed direct debits, sorting settings etc).
The counters on the main page are useless (saved time? It takes more time with v3! Planted trees? Useless for non SuperGreen subscribers).
I regret updating. There are some good ideas in the app and I like the design but there’s too much marketing, missing features and a bigger learning curve than the old app.

De afgelopen maanden hebben jullie in V2 toffe updates gedaan. Wat is er gebeurt in V3? Er gaan zoveel fundamentele zaken fout. De informatie hiërarchie is o.a. totaal zoek. Voorbeeld: Mij -> 'Rekening X' -> Meer opties 'Rekening X' -> Geplande betaling 'Alle rekeningen'(?). Verder deel ik de meeste feedback die in voorgaande reacties is gegeven. Zelf als UX designer begrijp ik totaal niet hoe deze update gereleased is. Het lijkt me een goede zaak dat deze update wordt terug gedraaid en V3 flink verbeterd wordt voordat hij wordt gereleased. Ik betaal bunq een behoorlijk meer prijs vs. andere banken voor een goede UX. Deze is in V3 helaas verdwenen.
It‘s worse than I thought. Horrible UI, hidden features, unlogical layout. Hard to say for me as a big fan of bunq but this experience really destroys it for me. Maybe I have to leave :(

No account personalisation photos sucks.
Instagram feed in my bank app? Majorly sucks.
The whole thing has disappointed me.
When your entire bank is an app interface it’s not great that it changes so drastically so fast. It makes me nervous about where bunqs priorities are and their stability.
Maybe an old traditional boring bank would be safer?
I’m sorry but from an UX perspective this app is terrible. UX looks at what a user needs to see, what’s important and the actions a user needs to take.
That being said. Remove the tree counter. Remove the time counter. Remove the savings counter. Remove the IG feed. Bring back what the app is about: banking.
Couldn’t you just release bunq v2 as „bunq Legacy“ on the App Store. At least as long as there are missing features and bugs in v3. This way users can give you feedback and try the new version but have a working, fully featured app as a backup 🙏

I miss my own-made pics / icons a lot!
My icons made it easy to find, like an icon of the Dutch tax-authority for taxes.
Please bunq, can you give us our icon’s back?
I see there is less room for it, but they may be smaller.
I would prefer the possibillity to choose between the old and new view.

@bunq. Er is niks mis mee. Paar kleine bugs, maar werkt prima. Mooie layout. 5 min erdoor scrollen en een kind kan de was doen. Ik zou wel het grote + symbool verplaatsen naar de balk beneden, in het midden.
Voor andere. Ga maar weer bankieren heel suf bij de ABN ofzo. Bunq ga zo door!!
Ok, het combineren van je prive en zakelijke account (op deze manier dan) is echt een slecht idee. Ik vind het opzich handig dat ik alles in een scherm kan zien en niet hard hoef om te schakelen. Maar, het bij elkaar optellen van de balansen van het bedrijf en privé bij de “totalen”?
Ik zou liever losse totalen, en los pasbeheer willen zien voor mijn prive en bedrijfs account. Ik wil die dingen graag echt gescheiden houden!

Erfolgreich? Also an Selbstvertrauen mangelt es bunq wirklich nicht...
Das erste wirklich positive, dass ich seit einer ganzen Weile von bunq sehe ist, dass sie heute die Idee aufgegriffen haben, alle V3-Probleme an denen gearbeitet wird, in einem extra Thread zu veröffentlichen. 👍🏻
Ich hoffe, dass die V3 wirklich noch was wird und dass sich bunq dann erst mal auf Kernfunktionen, Kommunikation, Transparenz und Kundenumgang arbeitet. Da muss echt ne Menge passieren und das ist als konstruktives Feedback gemeint. 😉
