After writing my lengthy, rather negative, experience on https://together.bunq.com/d/30690-can-t-access-my-accounts-no-really-they-re-gone I was directed to this topic for further questions.
But I don't really have questions. I'm actually at a loss for words. I'm baffled that a bank (and that Bunq, once cool, disruptive, innovative) exists that thinks releasing buggy code in such a way that customer no longer have access to their money, accounts, finances is a good idea.
A banks primary concern should be trust. That's gone now. I don't like threatening with cancelling my accounts but it's obvious I will have to at some point - I don't want to be here when v4 comes out.
(and the fact that Bunq keeps glorifying themselves that they're so great, so fantastic and providing such a huge improvement with there last few releases is actually a bit sickening)
