• Exploring the amazing bunq V3? Let us know how we can make it even better!

I did love V2. It was the first banking app that made sense to me and even though it isn’t cheap I was happy. I thought I get my money‘s worth. I want to love V3 as well, I really do. But I can’t.
V3 is not intuitive in my opinion (many people have mentioned it already), tiny but very useful info gone (who paid what, what was deducted from what account, overview of all accounts and planned payments by account), accounts displayed as tiles are a step back from the list in my opinion, some things just aren’t where you expect them (like bunq.me).
The big Plus doesn’t behave in a consistent way. You just tap it and hope to find stuff.
Also, most of the stuff in the Us section is not useful to me at all. That wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t take away space for information I want and need every day.
Again, I’m sorry. I can’t love this app and I can’t recommend it to my friends any more.

    @RobertK81#171153 it’s only visual.

@JohnDo#171168 Thank you! That’s a relief at least. Maybe a prominent info regarding that would be beneficial, as I have already seen some people starting to create new cards only to replace „lost“ cards.

Funny, the dual pin option still exists, but only for your online card (singular, because V3 only shows one online card). Online cards don’t even have a pin. Has this update been tested at all?

Without getting into details about the design of the new app, I simply cannot understand how a bank can release an unfinished app to the public. As much as I like new stuff, when it comes to money, nothing is more important than being able to rely on access and functionality.

Why does my wives maestro card show up under my account in V3? While the online cards are missing. Released way too early I guess.

Ugh. Is dit wel met gebruikers getest?

The iPad version has so much wasted empty space. The community forums are restricted to a tiny pop up and hard to find. The plus button is a mess with so many different options depending on what screen you are on. Too many options are hard to find now. This app needs more work. Honestly, the old UI was better.

V3 as a whole is an interface train wreck. On top of all feedback given by others, I want to file a bug report: In the iPad version, when personalizing an account, the ‘next’ button covers the color picker and it is impossible to scroll.

Sorry to bunq, but you really messed this up. Some new features might be useful, but its impossible to find the functions I need between all the instagram feeds and big ‘saved’ icons. I dont care about an interface saving trees, time and money. When I open my bunq app I want to do banking actions, If I want entertainment I’ll open a social network

Maybe split this into two apps... a banking app (essentially bunq v2), and a social app that shows the bunq instagram feed and all the time/money/trees saved.

I am a big fan of Bunq. And been here for years! Really hate to say it but v3 is horrible. The app should still be abount banking, it just feels like a mess now.

                              I dont’t want a social feed.
I don’t want a ‘+’ icon constantly on screen for things I already have or don’t want. Why is this icon constantly there? And if you want to have it there, than let it be for actions like making a payment for example.

I completely lost the overview. I love the all where bunq stands for, but the app should be a innovative banking experience first, and not all those other things which are added in v3. Please reconsider this update.

There is absolutely nothing amazing on this new app. No logic, terrible visuals. I took me half an hour to find together.
I cannot switch account’s, one of my business accounts is showing 3 times.
How can I revert to V2, because if I have to use this garbage I will be closing all of my account at bunq.

How to make V3 better? Roll back to V2, duh.

                                    Kort samengevat, V2 terug AUB.
