Thanks guys. Yeah, just saw the new “Network fee” for sending money using Wise.com within Bunq. Strange to add this due to Wise already having their own fees. 🤔

lol changes to the packages and a new price again

I am really disappointed with the changes with +1. First we had a joint account then it changed to +1 and now we have this Easy Bank which now charges for ATM usage and charges directly the monthly fee. It sucks. My wife was a +1 which she used with our shared account with her own card. Now we are going to cancel the +1 before it becomes Easy Bank due to the ATM charges. It’s sad, we loved Bunq but they keep making too many changes to the packages. There isn’t a perfect Joint account so we are going back to having our separate accounts. I will keep using Bunq for now and see if the company fixes its issues and starts focusing on the customer. My wife will go back to using her regular traditional bank account. Too bad 😟

For people who has used the button Get DE IBAN under profile, how was the ID verification process? Was it a video chat with a human and what are the service times? I could not find any info about this on Bunq.

@New-Strawberry-Badger-2980105304#220752 The debit card is only limited to the amount of money you add to it. It’s not a credit card with its own credit line provided by the bank.

This message box is tiny and it’s sort of useful if you are wondering why a payment has not arrived and can see when Bunq did the last processing.

I would like to see the option from V2 when you hide an account you can still see it on the main screen (Me). Right now, you hide an account and you no longer see it’s square on Me.

You should be able to hide an account from the total balance but still see it’s square.

I really hate this version 3. Am really thinking of going back to my old bank.

Am also having failed payments with online card.

I really do not like this app anymore. On the iPad, the little pop up window that is for together and other options is annoying; one tap outside of it and it’s gone. I don’t get it , why would bunq release this? Sad.

The app is so bad now, I decided not to upgrade it on my iPhone. Tested it on iPad and I can’t figure out how this passed internal testing. I would have failed this if I was a tester at Bunq.

I think the Me link under Us via the Plus button makes no sense. It should be under Me.

The iPad version has so much wasted empty space. The community forums are restricted to a tiny pop up and hard to find. The plus button is a mess with so many different options depending on what screen you are on. Too many options are hard to find now. This app needs more work. Honestly, the old UI was better.
