I've opened a ticket over a week ago, and haven't made any progress at all. The last response was "just use one of your physical cards".
Yep, if course, that's why I've got a bunq account. Maybe I should use one of the cards that aren't so rainbowish...

What is really worrying is that this very serious bug seems to have impacted a lot of people for almost 24h and I can't find any communication from Bunq about it.

Just apparent by now that they messed up the online cards when introducing the „fix“ for them not showing in V3. Not sure what exactly they changed, but it resulted in all kinds of problems.

I only use a couple of online cards personally so after V3 release I just deleted all the old ones and created new ones, as they don‘t suffer from the same problem (they‘re apparently just virtual Travel Cards). But not everyone can or want to do that 🙁

But the fact that it affects people with different timings is surprising.

@Manuel-Purple-Falcon#181272 Ja, dat geeft wel aan dat het niet goed opgelost is. Misschien moeten de gebruikers zelf nog een actie doen om het probleem helemaal te verhelpen, maar dat is helaas niet duidelijk, door gebrek aan communicatie. Het probleem is ook niet goed beschreven door bunq.

I just had an answer on my support ticket. They say the issue has been fixed and an app update has been published on the store (not yet available to me).

Als dat zo is, had bunq dit in elk geval openlijk moeten communiceren. Het lijkt wel alsof ze het liever verborgen houden.

@Cor-Meskers#181259 Hier ondertussen de betaling maar overgezet naar een iDeal betaling ipv via online pas. Nu wordt betaling gelukkig wel geaccepteerd 👍🏻

Als gebruiker zou ik willen weten:
- in welke periode heeft het probleem zich voor gedaan
- wat was precies het probleem en op welke manier is het opgelost

Ik merk dat de communicatie steeds extreem summier is.

Heb via twitter gevraagd wat de oorzaak van het probleem is. Ik vermoed ook dat het sinds de “fix” vorige week geïntroduceerd is (sindsdien worden de problemen al gemeld op together) Ik ben ook benieuwd of deze fix geen ander probleem geïntroduceerd heeft.
