@Nikoleta#222049 Hi Nikoleta, you asked me for a proof that the merchant implemented correctly the 3DS2 protocol. The merchants are Amazon and Paypal so:
1/ I'm quite sure you actually already know the answer to your question
2/ Whatever the answer is, it's not relevant because Bunq is not Apple and Amazon won't change their process to please you. So basically you're just punishing your customers here
3/ the new protocol is not even mandatory yet (end of June if I'm right)
4/ there are exceptions to it like for merchant that have a low rate of fraud or that are explicitly designated as "to be trusted" by the customer. So maybe you could help here.
"Supoort" is not asking the customer more questions to make him feel faultly or to buy time. I sincerely had the feeling that that's you were doing, so that's why I didn't get back to you.
I think Bunq knows precisely where the problem lies but isn't trying hard enough to solve it or at least isn't communicating in good faith about it.
@Pac-Man#220338 I tried registering the physical card data on Paypal but got the same rejection (not while registering but on the first payment afterward)
For a few weeks I have been getting frequent (but not systematic) payment rejections for my cards linked to my Amazon account and my Paypal account. Bunq displays a warning under the rejection about the 3DS2 authentication system. But the same cards worked very well until march. Has anyone experienced something similar?
@Manuel-LesLilas#203254 If I create a new account to share with him, Bunq tells me he is not yet a Bunq user and suggests I invite him as my +1. But he is a registered Bunq user and I thought he was already my +1 so I'm totally confused.
Hi, I created a child account for my son but I can't see it in my accounts page. Is it normal? If I want to send money, the account is listed when I choose "my accounts" from the destination account dialog.
Yes! The Bunq we love is back with a great update bringing smart new functionalities (and letting us collapse the three infamous top counters if we want to). They've been listening to the community. Bravo!
Anyway after checking the Bunq post about online cards, I have to say your interpretation seems 100% right.
@Mikis-Turquoise-Hummingbird#193747 I don't have any privileged info from Bunq but my intuitive understanding of the limit rule is "# of active cards during last 12 month" so that the freezing date would be the important one and not the creation date.
Same for me but on the Profile section.
@MaisAmore#192786 Also there is a dual pin functionality which allows to choose which account will be used according to the PIN you use while paying. It will not work with all payment terminals though.
@MaisAmore#192786 Yes, each one of you will be able to link his/her cards to the shared or personal accountd independently. My wife and I are doing exactly that.
Bunq is really good at that.
Hi, I can't find how to delete an online card (or at least hide it from the card view). I'm on Android. Does anyone know how to do that?
Is there a way to easily check how many accounts and on-line cards I'm left to create?
@Laurentiu-Green-Eagle#183108 Sans doute une erreur du fabricant des cartes. C'est sûrement le même fabricant pour les deux sociétés.
@Victor-Turquoise-Lion#182947 J'ai toujours une notification (1) bloquée mais c'est sur l'onglet Nous
@Manuel-Purple-Falcon#182908 Ok I found the deactivate option in the lightning button, I was looking in the settings. What of I want to delete the card for good, is it the "Bloquer" (🚫french UI) option?
@arne-from-iliades#182865 Yes, the new cards view is so much better! I would say it still misses the expiration date so I still have to open the details in order to do an online payment. But you can see which account is linked to the card and change it with just one tap and this was the main point that was to be corrected. Thanks Bunq for hearing us.
