@bunq#170787 I was so happy with Bunq, that I was about to close all other bank accounts. With V3 I am considering closing my Bunq account instead. Everything was so intuitive, simple and efficient. Now its just a mess. Things like the US Tab is something I will never use. I don’t care about how many virtual Trophies I have. The just took all the “nice to have” elements that were occasionally nice to use and put them front and center, replacing the things I actually use all the time. Pleas let us go back to the old Bunq! This just ain’t it. This should be a banking app not a social media /game app that also has banking. I am all for the features, but just keep them out my way when I don’t need them (wich is most of the time).

Cannot believe a bank launches an app version full of bugs. We pay a lot of money per month, get it together and start testing. I am not a beta tester but in the first 5 minutes of using it I can say that:
- online cards are broken
- overview is not clear at all
- instagram feed is not something people want in a bank app
- basic functionality (pay / authorize) is too many steps away

Eigentlich liebe ich bunq, allerdings ist das neue Update das reinste Chaos! Da müsst ihr nochmal drüber schauen, so könnt ihr das nicht lassen!
Was mich stört:
- Meine Online Karten sind weg
- wie kann ich meine Karten wieder löschen?
Wo ist die Gesamtübersicht ALLER Zahlungen (alle Konten)?
- Warum Insta? Macht dich einfach das bunq together wieder hin ...
Und und und ...

I love bunq except for most of this update.
- the plus sign below means something else for every page. I had to really search to find the together forum
- the trees and progress made is not relevant to a lot of people since they do not have a green card.
- every feature used to be easy to find but now it is not intuitively anymore and everything is hidden somewhere else
- the us tab is nice but should be hidden, I get that the features are nice to see but they are to prominent for people who are already paying customers

This update is so, but sooo bad that I wonder how someone approved that.

The previous bunq UI was near perfect, and I always tried to convince my friends to go to bunq showing the amazing usability.

Now, it became a huge mess

The 3 things at the top: saved money that is not really saved money, planted trees and co2 is, frankly, something I couldn't care less and I bet most of people too.

The bank accounts were nicely customised with pictures that gone, even the icons now are too small.
You could open a new account with an intuitive interface... Now you have used the father of all bad design practices, a single button that tries to do everything... With long annoying texts... That is crap UX.
The Us tab is stupid, if I wanted instagram I'd use instagram.

Plus, I used to have several online cards... They are gone, can't find this anywhere.
Where is the events feed? Also can't find it, events are way more useful than "instagram feed".

How to select the account I want to see the pie chart?

Seriously, rollback this mess and give us the V2 back... I really can't understand how this thing got approved, doesn't make any sense at all.

Don’t know if this is the right place to report bugs bug I think there’s a bug in the account aliases, I can see my partner’s email and phone number as aliases to my own (not joint) account

@Gaston#171319 Exactly this. Could also be solved with a toggle in the settings: toggle Us on/off, toggle counters on/off.

And can we have the bank accounts as a list again? The grid makes it harder to find the account I need

I am also really disappointed of V3... there is a whole page for totale useless Instagram pictures but all the features I actually used are now harder to find or behind buttons that behave differently depending on which screen you are.

I would have liked a cleaner bunq but this only seems cleaner in marketing but not in usability..

Misschien een idee, blijkbaar hoort dit hier thuis want via de v3 app komt ie in het verkeerde topic, om de grote + in de onderbalk te plaatsen en de Instagram verwijderen of maken als een addon.

Informatie over bomen alleen zichtbaar maken voor diegene die ook daadwerkelijk bomen planten.
In de premium plant je geen bomen dus onnodige informatie en scherm vervuiling.

En wellicht een idee om alles zo kaal mogelijk te maken zodat iedereen met addon zelf een indeling kan maken.

Maar het grootste doorn in het oog is Instagram, daar heb ik een probleem mee en geeft geen toegevoegde waarde aan een bank app

I'm really afraid I'll never see again my so much loved bunq (V2) app. I was not just customer but a fan of bunq. But honestly my banking app turned with the V3 update into a beta state social networking app which is no more usable for banking.

I cannot express how disappointed I am from bunq. It is ok to make an error, but please recognize V3 as an error and treat it as such.

I really really hope you get back to V2 (or something similar), otherwise I'm pretty sure you will lose many fans and customers :-(

I switched to Bunq from abn amro couple of days back. I was actually loving the old app. So much that I was very happy with my decision. I received an email today about v3, decided to update my app. Little did I know that it’s a huge mess. Here’s my first impression after using app for a few minutes.

• The big + is a big mess. Actions are unclear. Which button tab has what, I still don’t know. It is confusing. I want to do banking, please don’t feed other stuff into a banking app. Create another app or container for social stuff or information.
• US tab is unnecessary.
• I wanted to explore bunq.me links, it took me 5 minutes to find it. Obvious location was to go in my profile / account. Hiding it under + button isn’t intuitive.
• Please bring back the special card tab. I loved it so much.
• Please keep it minimal. We care about banking and the awesome tech Bunq used to deliver.
• Allow users to hide the tree count and other numbers and everything that is non-essential for banking.

Hope you will work on this apart from bugs. Just want to make the bunq app better. Hope you take my feedback in a positive manner.

Hope you will revert back to v2 or allow us to install a separate app. Can’t just use this app :-(
