@Gilles-van-Leeuwen-Green-Puma#171460 Same for me. I've enjoyed the four and a half years I've been with bunq. I've actually been with bunq since the very beginning when bunq became available to the public. All updates so far have been great improvements. But today's update is just terrible.
Unfortunately, the update is not the only thing that's terrible today. Lots of other bunq users have provided helpful, insightful, constructive feedback over the last few months. Users who love bunq, who are involved with the community, users who want bunq to succeed. The feedback comes from deep within their hearts, out of a place of love.
Bunq is continually saying they value all feedback, but how can this be true? They have completely ignored almost all of the feedback that has been given, and even removed it from public view! Even problems that were in plain sight during the Update 14 livestream are still present and not corrected! Meanwhile, the only comments that bunq responds to are those that pretend that everything is fine and nothing is wrong.
I loved the bunq that actually made banking easy, and took every user seriously. I loved the bunq that made a great banking service along with a terrific banking app. I don't love the bunq of today that makes an extremely messy UI and presents it as a major improvement. I don't love the bunq of today that shuns all feedback of their loyal users. Unfortunately, this means goodbye for me.

Bunq is closing all the threads where customers are complaining in. Please take our feedback seriously. V3 is a big mistake.
@Dickk#171517 Oh will they? I’m afraid it will stay like this. Might also have to look around for alternative options. I was very satisfied with all the neat features but this is too experimental for something as serious as hard earned money.

I did not participate in the public beta, but I did follow the feedback which was given and I was convinced that bunq would fix this because they rock and they have already proven that they can build a very good banking app.
Sadly my reaction to V3 is utter disappointment. This has become by far the worst banking app interface compared to other Dutch bank alternatives. How could this have happened? I just don't get it.
I saw Ali's reaction that the feedback that was given only came from a small group who "hijacked" the community? I can't believe that the general sentiment about V3 is only from this so called small group.
I was a huge fan and spend many hours getting all my banking stuff all in on bunq and now it's become a terrible banking app.
@ali Please, please, please make V2 available next to V3 and make V3 a banking app again.

What is thay ugly ‘+’button in a very uncommon location?
The whole ‘us’ section should be removed, you are not important when I’m banking.
And where has the support function gone?
An online bank is just as good as their app... and switching is not too difficult.

It’s totally unintuitive to use. Terrible Buttons and Text and I total a mess.
Can I pls get version 2 Back. This version were much much cleaner and easy and most totall fast to use.
Ik vind dit een pure downgrade. En niet omdat ik even alles kwijt ben. Maar omdat het in plaats van makkelijker en overzichtelijker juist moeilijker geworden is omdat alle functionaliteiten simpelweg verstopt zijn onder een ‘+’ of een ‘...’. In plaats daarvan kan ik zien hoeveel bomen ik al gepland heb (precies 0, omdat ik geen 20 euro per maand ga betalen) en hoeveel tijd ik bespaard heb 😂. Die zou juist negatief moeten worden omdat alle wél belangrijke functionaliteiten (overboeken van geld) verstopt hebben.
Geef ons V2 terug..

ich bin gerade wirklich sehr geschockt! Die vorherige Version von bunq war so klar und intuitiv. Und nun das? Warum?
Zudem bin ich wirklich unzufrieden darüber, als zahlender Kunde, für einen Betatest missbraucht zu werden. Werden nicht erst die Bugs behoben, bevor eine neue Software oder App an alle Kunden ausgerollt wird?
Jetzt kann ich meine diversen Onlinekarten nicht mehr nutzen.
Vorher waren meine Konten so klar und einfach ersichtlich. Dieses ist nun nicht mehr so. Wo sind meine verschiedenen Bilder?
Auch hatte ein Konto von mir ein Sparziel. Wenn ich das Konto öffnete, sah ich direkt den Betrag. Jetzt ist noch ein weiterer Klick nötig, welchen ich erst suchen musste.
Bitte sagt mir, dass es ein Fehler war.
Gerade die Einfachheit hatte mich einmal begeistert. Dieses ist jetzt leider Vergangenheit.
Entschuldigt, doch bin ich gerade wirklich enttäuscht! Jedoch kann ich sagen, dass ich, wenn das Gefühl so bleibt, leider werde gehen müssen.

I miss my personal pictures for account, I miss the card tab, I miss the notification tab. I really can do without the new us/instagramfeed tab, the saved/time saved/co2 circles. This update is just awefull. Ui sucks, the darkmode sucks. I can’t find anything good about this update. Starts to look like a gimmick for young people. Money is a serious thing, stop making a gimmick out of it. Bad bad bad...
I think a banking app is way too important to just go about testing new UI's in the wild.
Even if V2 were the worst experience ever, you can't just go and shuffle everything around.
V3 doesn't look finished. Please roll back!
Remove the nag-notification at the me tab, showing that 1 event is outstanding (i won't setup the finger-scanning method).
Having that on top of the most important page and eating valuable screen-estate makes me angry every time i open the app.
Btw. a more accurate german translation of the "us" tab would be "zusammen" or "gemeinsam"
@oxydigit#171563 Because of a bug I have been charged 9 euros and no reply from them. I could not agree more, a banking app should not be managed like this.
Highly disappointed. This update just broke my whole banking workflow. How to remove Us tab? I don’t need a blog inside the banking app. What is the value of the stat ‘Time saved’? It just consumes space and my time. Most of virtual cards disappeared. Account pictures are gone, can’t find my account quickly. Didn’t you do public beta test to fix all of these? Banking app is not just like any app - it’s access to payments, you can’t just break daily workflow of users. I would prefer evolution over such revolution
@bunq#170787 I don’t like this update at all, the design of the previous one was a lot better. The User Experience is not great, I really wish for Bunq to go back to V2.
Dear @bunq, closing topics is not the solution (as you did here: https://together.bunq.com/d/30189-votes-for-going-back-to-v2). We don’t want more features in V3.. we and V2 back. I don’t know who decided it was a good idea to merge twitter, instagram and fitbit and replace the bunq ui with the result but as a mobile bank you application, your only interaction point for your paying customers should focus on ease of use and clarity. V2 had it with only a few rough edges. V3 tries very, very hard to remove any quality of life and make anything as hard and esotheric as possible. Who thoght hiding “freeze my card” behind a plus button was a good idea? Or the whole community and support tabs? so I “add” to my card by freezing it? Do I “add” a support or community.. Thing? Not really. The whole “Us” tab is a catastrophe because your blog has no place in a banking app at all. You want to know what to make better in v3? Scrape it and start over with focus on banking or revert to v2 instead of this trainwreck. Ideally offer a choice between both for those that actually want to use bunq for banking and for those that forgot have to share their planted tree numbers 12 times a day with the world.
They say they want feedback all the time.. but,
1. They don’t listen to feedback and just shove this update up our faces regardless.
2. They keep deleting topics and comments that hold constructive feedback, making the entire Together some propaganda platform to benefit themselves.
