Ik vind dit een pure downgrade. En niet omdat ik even alles kwijt ben. Maar omdat het in plaats van makkelijker en overzichtelijker juist moeilijker geworden is omdat alle functionaliteiten simpelweg verstopt zijn onder een ‘+’ of een ‘...’. In plaats daarvan kan ik zien hoeveel bomen ik al gepland heb (precies 0, omdat ik geen 20 euro per maand ga betalen) en hoeveel tijd ik bespaard heb 😂. Die zou juist negatief moeten worden omdat alle wél belangrijke functionaliteiten (overboeken van geld) verstopt hebben.

Geef ons V2 terug..

ich bin gerade wirklich sehr geschockt! Die vorherige Version von bunq war so klar und intuitiv. Und nun das? Warum?
Zudem bin ich wirklich unzufrieden darüber, als zahlender Kunde, für einen Betatest missbraucht zu werden. Werden nicht erst die Bugs behoben, bevor eine neue Software oder App an alle Kunden ausgerollt wird?
Jetzt kann ich meine diversen Onlinekarten nicht mehr nutzen.
Vorher waren meine Konten so klar und einfach ersichtlich. Dieses ist nun nicht mehr so. Wo sind meine verschiedenen Bilder?
Auch hatte ein Konto von mir ein Sparziel. Wenn ich das Konto öffnete, sah ich direkt den Betrag. Jetzt ist noch ein weiterer Klick nötig, welchen ich erst suchen musste.
Bitte sagt mir, dass es ein Fehler war.
Gerade die Einfachheit hatte mich einmal begeistert. Dieses ist jetzt leider Vergangenheit.

Entschuldigt, doch bin ich gerade wirklich enttäuscht! Jedoch kann ich sagen, dass ich, wenn das Gefühl so bleibt, leider werde gehen müssen.

I miss my personal pictures for account, I miss the card tab, I miss the notification tab. I really can do without the new us/instagramfeed tab, the saved/time saved/co2 circles. This update is just awefull. Ui sucks, the darkmode sucks. I can’t find anything good about this update. Starts to look like a gimmick for young people. Money is a serious thing, stop making a gimmick out of it. Bad bad bad...

I think a banking app is way too important to just go about testing new UI's in the wild.

Even if V2 were the worst experience ever, you can't just go and shuffle everything around.

V3 doesn't look finished. Please roll back!

Remove the nag-notification at the me tab, showing that 1 event is outstanding (i won't setup the finger-scanning method).
Having that on top of the most important page and eating valuable screen-estate makes me angry every time i open the app.

Btw. a more accurate german translation of the "us" tab would be "zusammen" or "gemeinsam"

@oxydigit#171563 Because of a bug I have been charged 9 euros and no reply from them. I could not agree more, a banking app should not be managed like this.

Highly disappointed. This update just broke my whole banking workflow. How to remove Us tab? I don’t need a blog inside the banking app. What is the value of the stat ‘Time saved’? It just consumes space and my time. Most of virtual cards disappeared. Account pictures are gone, can’t find my account quickly. Didn’t you do public beta test to fix all of these? Banking app is not just like any app - it’s access to payments, you can’t just break daily workflow of users. I would prefer evolution over such revolution

@bunq#170787 I don’t like this update at all, the design of the previous one was a lot better. The User Experience is not great, I really wish for Bunq to go back to V2.

They say they want feedback all the time.. but,
1. They don’t listen to feedback and just shove this update up our faces regardless.
2. They keep deleting topics and comments that hold constructive feedback, making the entire Together some propaganda platform to benefit themselves.

I’m sorry but like others I’m also very disappointed in the V3 app..
- US section should really not get that much of a place. I’m here for a banking app not a community that saves trees
- saving trees is in my face although I’m not a “Premium green” member? Focus on your core instead of pushing customers around.
- my account icons 😢 loved the personalization with images so much.. eg saving for an iPhone and give the account an iPhone picture.
- + icon.. can get used to it but certainly does not feel faster than the old way..

You guys got a ton of work to do to improve this V3, and if you guys don’t.. well sorry but the app was kind of the reason to go to bunq and now it has bloatware all over it, I’d leave.
Sometimes you just gotta keep the old version. Why change a winning concept?

So I take the time to write a genuine comment about my dissatisfaction with the new bunq app and my comment is removed “because it’s not constructive”.

Listening to your customers means both in good and bad times.

I’ve been big bunq advocate for over 2 years now, please keep it that way. And please listen to everyone in this topic.

The “Time saved” and “Money saved” parts of the app are basically a showoff that I REALLY don’t care about. The calculations are also based on thin air so can you guys please remove those? It’s kind of bloatware to show it in an otherwise minimalistic app. 😘 thanks!

Ik kan niet overweg met de update. Hoe ga ik in vredesnaam terug naar de oude interface? 

Zeg me alsje alsje alsje alsjeblieft dat er een manier is om terug te gaan. Ik ben 5 minuten bezig geweest om een basisfunctie te vinden. Waarvan ik nu niet snap welke pas gekoppeld is aan welke rekening. In de tussentijd wel ongeveer 20 x per ongeluk Bijna een zakelijk abbo of travelcard etc besteld. 

Afbeeldingen bij rekeningen zijn weg en het staat nu in een grid. 

Jullie kunnen niet verder van “Make Life Easy” af zitten met deze update in mijn mening. 

Ik hoor heel graag hoe ik terug kan

Ik vind V3 er goed uitzien, maar functioneel is het totaal niet. Overal zitten knoppen onder andere knoppen verbonden.

Zoals verdelen en ingeplande betalingen. Support vond ik opeens onder de + knop. Een knop die bij de rekeningen tab voor mij weer totaal geen functie heeft.
De instellingen van de app zijn opeens verdeeld over alle pagina’s. Ik ben juist fan van alles op 1 plek. Dat is de reden waarom ik bijv. Een Mac heb. Hier staan de instellingen van alle apps op de zelfde plek waardoor de ui zeer overzichtelijk is (command ,)

Je krijgt nu in het groot een totaal overzicht te zien van alle rekeningen. Deze zou ik alleen willen verbergen ipv alles samen. Als ik nu een rekening weghaal uit dit overzicht, dan kan is de rekening uit het hele overzicht ook verdwenen. Om deze terug te krijgen moet ik het weer aanvinken. Daardoor kost bankieren dus eigenlijk veel meer tijd dan voorheen of bij een traditionele bank.

En ik vind het jammer dat het bomen planten zo wordt uit vergroot. Ik heb een keuze gemaakt voor een premium account en hierbij wil ik geen bomen planten. Dus uiteindelijk heeft dit tabje geen nut in mijn app.

Om even tot een conclusie te komen. Hopelijk komt de functionaliteit weer terug, want qua looks is het gewoon goed. Ik zie graag de logica in iets nieuws, maar er zijn nu gewoon dingen waar ik geen logica meer inzie.

Please rollback this change. The update is a huge step away from simple fast banking. The only positive thing is the new homescreen, with a good overview. All other screens, upsells, marketing push, and crazy UX, is pure madness - absolutely don’t get why somebody thought this was a good idea.

Hi, hoe kan ik weer een foto gebruiken als icoon voor mijn rekening? Is dat mogelijk in de V3?
