Online cards are indeed back but it’s impossible to know what’s a physical and what’s a digital card. I also see no was to block/deactivate online credit cards. Kudos for working through the night. It may need a lot more nights and weekends to turn this into a somewhat useful app again. I really don’t get it. There was no need to rush Tina release with this many known bugs.

Pff please go back. Ik overzicht van betaalrekeningen en spaarrekeningen was veel beter en mooie in V2. Heb niet het gevoel dat ik nu bij een bank zit.

The Instagram feed works fine (don’t know who needs that) but basic BANKING APP FEATURES like seeing and managing credit cards are not. This app is first and foremost a tool to manage money. This should be the foundation to build on. Instead we got a social media app which also transfers money. That’s backwards.

Hoe kan je terug naar de oude ap. Dual pin is opeens verdwenen... overzicht is onoverzichtelijk, hoop social media lijkende onzin. En dan het belangrijkste de kleur. Zwart kan echt niet, lijkt wel een rauw advertentie die je opent. Graag advies hoe je de oude app weer kunt gaan gebruiken. Jullie zijn een bank toch richt je dan ook op wat jullie beloven bankier makkelijker en overzichtelijker maken. Jullie hebben nu het tegenovergestelde bereikt!

Is het niet een idee om een optie te maken dat je gewoon de lay-out van V2 kan blijven behouden? Zoals velen al zeggen
- Ik heb geen bomen en ik hoef ze ook niet. Ik hoef dat dus ook niet in een overzicht te zien
-Tabblad US: why?!
- Ik zie niet hoe ik in slechts enkele handelingen geld kan overmaken of een verzoekje kan sturen. Een van de belangrijkste functies!
-De aan je pinpas gekoppelde rekening wisselen vereist intens veel stappen. Dat terwijl ik die functie elke dag meerdere keren gebruik, zou dit a.u.b. Eenvoudiger kunnen?
-De opties onder + zijn niet logisch

Just ran into a core issue:
I wanted to transfer money, but could not find how.

In bunq v2, there was a big ‘pay’ button at the top of the home screen.
In v3 I had to figure out that I have to go to an account first, then click the ‘+’, then click on make a transfer. 3 steps before I can get started.

The position of the pay button in v2 is now filled with a counter that says ‘time saved’. See the irony?

Wow, this is a real bad update 🥺 UX is super unclear, I can’t find the things that were super easy before, everything is hidden (except for stuff I don’t need). Really disappointing..

What a mess! Seriously guys, you were supposed to create the ultimate banking experience with tons of super smart features, not this planting-tree instagram app! This is NOT usable nor well designed nor efficient whatsoever! I am very disappointed in bunq. I don’t think I’ll keep being a paying customer if that is the way bunq is thinking it’s products from now on!
