I lost the easy switching mode, i cannot see my other accounts anymore.
App is buggy and way too much 'features' we don't need or want. Toggled features would be so much better.

Btw, I just moved all my funds to another bank, numbers show opinion better than words.

This new Update is the worst ever. So much Click here for more trees, cards, timesaving - has lost the focus on doing payments.
This bis plus in the middle is useless - if you are already happy with what you got.
- loosing personal Icons for accounts makes it needless for what I come here - to manage multi accounts easily. Now I have to ready the name of the accounts

If I have to summarize this app update in one word it's "clutter". I don't want to see trees that I didn't plant (I don't have supergreen, how is this helpful?). I don't want to see time I supposedly saved. I don't want to see how much money I saved. All the information I require from my "financial dashboard" is how much money is in each of my accounts. Please give me the option to hide all of this other stuff.

The blog feed in US has no place in any banking app, especially not as one of the 4 main pages.

And for the love of Zeus, let me choose between light and dark mode.

I have been with bunq for a couple of years now and I've always been enthusiastic about pushing the limits and changing things up, but in this case it feels like a step backwards instead of a leap ahead.

Pretty pretty please reel in the enthusiasm for little bits of "interesting" data all over the place and stuffing everything under the same button for the sake of "simplicity", it's simply counterproductive. At least let me choose what I want to see.

I'm sure the app can come together pretty well in the next few updates, but I really hope we get through this awkward phase quickly.

Two cents: the new app wants me to merge Personal and Business accounts together. I 💯 do not want to do that - my BV is totally separate to my household stuff, why would I ever want them mixed together?

Deze nieuwe UI is echt een enorme misser, geen plaatjes meer bij rekeningen?? Wat een zooitje.

Us? De app gaat om inzage tot mijn financien, lijkt mij dat de klant belangrijker is en een news feed is niet erg zinvol..
Ik krijg tenslotte alle belangrijke info al per mail van jullie.

Bunq had a client feedback session for the app prototype and most of the comments there were negative. They haven’t improved any of the things we provided feedback for in the session. What was the point of asking for our opinions and doing UX research if they were just going to plow ahead with this disaster of an update, regardless?

@TimLichtenberg#172424 True. And if you rebuild your tech from the ground up, fine. But don’t completely rearrange your UI. At least rebuild the basic interactions. Now we have to relearn something that’s not intuitive, which chances to relearn again when they find out this is not going to work.

Would be good to give an option to choose which version to use V2 or V3 till V3 would be mature enough.

It will be good to be able to filter which accounts to show part of the total. Or a way to remove the Total tile from the overview.

Please change back to the previous interface. It’s really badly designed

Who designed this? Really i like innovation but using up all the screen real estate with this nonsense (us tab.. trees planted money saved..time save.. the bunq+ icon) ? Super distracting, if you do funky designs then at least make it customizable for users. I am a paying customer also with two business account and I really do not get this. Havent you learned anything from the predictive graph that also many people disliked because it took so much screen space and honestly has no functionality? Maybe you should hire me as a consultant cause the direction you are going with the app is so obviously wrong that i really cant understand how you came up with it.... Is there nobody within bunq that also voiced this concern?

Really Bunq? Really?! It feels like I am using a different bank that is unattractive.

I mainly switched to Bunq due to it's simple interface, and now suddenly overnight the whole interface is remapped, into a clunky, unattractive interface. Come on Bunq... If we pay 7,99 and you pull these things.. you can expect to lose customers right away!

Je veux retourner à l'ancienne version, c'était plus clair, j'avais des images pour identifier mes comptes, et j'ai pas les moyens d'être un supergreen donc l'info sur les arbres plantés je n'en ai pas besoin. Comment revenir en V2 ????

Seriously, nothing has been done with the feedback from the beta testers.. Everyone, even my parents, don’t like how the v3 app works and looks..

Why pushing all the tree stuff when I’m already paying for premium?! Why removing a day light mode?! Why releasing an app full of bugs?! Why don’t you listen to your most value customers, the one that always supports you and used to spread the bunq love..

• Cut the marketing talk inside the app
• Light mode
• Own account images
• Make the + consistent
• Hide the 3 balls/circles on top of the me tab
• Cards should have a own tab
  And that’s just the top of the iceberg..
