Who designed this? Really i like innovation but using up all the screen real estate with this nonsense (us tab.. trees planted money saved..time save.. the bunq+ icon) ? Super distracting, if you do funky designs then at least make it customizable for users. I am a paying customer also with two business account and I really do not get this. Havent you learned anything from the predictive graph that also many people disliked because it took so much screen space and honestly has no functionality? Maybe you should hire me as a consultant cause the direction you are going with the app is so obviously wrong that i really cant understand how you came up with it.... Is there nobody within bunq that also voiced this concern?
Really Bunq? Really?! It feels like I am using a different bank that is unattractive.
I mainly switched to Bunq due to it's simple interface, and now suddenly overnight the whole interface is remapped, into a clunky, unattractive interface. Come on Bunq... If we pay 7,99 and you pull these things.. you can expect to lose customers right away!
Je veux retourner à l'ancienne version, c'était plus clair, j'avais des images pour identifier mes comptes, et j'ai pas les moyens d'être un supergreen donc l'info sur les arbres plantés je n'en ai pas besoin. Comment revenir en V2 ????
Seriously, nothing has been done with the feedback from the beta testers.. Everyone, even my parents, don’t like how the v3 app works and looks..
Why pushing all the tree stuff when I’m already paying for premium?! Why removing a day light mode?! Why releasing an app full of bugs?! Why don’t you listen to your most value customers, the one that always supports you and used to spread the bunq love..
Planting trees is great, and saving time is lovely, but why would you add those to the top of the Me screen? You basically turned the app into an advertisement for how great you find yourself.
I don't want V3's UI. I want V2 back. I miss too many features I used to have, like Events with events of all sub accounts. The 'Us' tab doesn't add anything useful for me.
@Aleksei-Zotov#172429 I also started to move funds. Especially changing account information on all companies referring to my bunq-accounts. My hope that bunq will manage this desaster decreases with every hour without any official statement by bunq.
I really don't understand what happened here.
I honestly don't know what to do anymore, I just switched everything to BUNQ a few months ago, I don't want to switch banks again, but the one strong point you had, a good app, is completely gone. The usability is obscured by useless social features that you can't remove. It is beyond me how this app passed any quality control.
Agreed, I was happily pushing Bunq around my network and everyone was amazed, but I might need to apoligise to some of these people now. This update has only brought downgrades,
-Customisation of subaccounts is hard to distinguish now, where's my beach picture for my holiday savings?
-Shared IBANs are not clearly separated (!)
-Starting a tap&pay transaction on android is 4 clicks away, 5 if you include launching the bunq app.
-There is screen estate dedicated to tree counts on 2 of the 4 tabs, even though I'm not a supergreen user
-Time saved is arguable at best (I really saved a week of my live because I'm receiving instant sepa payments? I do have other things going on you know)
-"us"-tab has no practical use whatsoever (I follow you guys on socials already and think you're doing great, don't push it)
-So much darkness
I do like the big colourful "+" and from a UX-perspective I believe this can definitely grow on me, please dust off bunq v2 and look at a way to optimise it and we'll forgive you this version ;).
I disagree. The basic functions are there and in place. I do not understand this critque, to be honest. The summary while reading some comments here: Oh, something has changed! The transcation-overview e.g. is there. Just one click and I can see all the transactions. I can see all my accounts (I have private and business) in an overview when I start the app. Exept of some bugs (login with biometric is lagging in the moment) everything I need is there. In quite a new fashion, but there.
Ok. I was Beta-Tester and I am more used to the new modes presented in the app. After a week your actions are automized (like in V2). Please be open to learn. A bank like bunq has to go forward. That's why I am customer here.

Waar zijn mijn gedeelde rekeningen gebleven? Ik kan alleen de rekeningen zien die horen bij mijn account, maar niet de rekeningen die ik samen met mijn partner heb. Ik kan op deze manier ook geen betalingen verrichten. Please fix!
Alright, here it goes.
There is a lot more that feels wrong, but that might simply be the "getting used to things" period. But not being able to move money around my accounts without a lot of clicks and forced to use a payment wizard when saving goal accounts are involved is an actual pain.
Another bug to the list:
I downgraded from Premium to Travel Card some days ago, but all my previous online cards (even the deactivated ones) are now showing up on V3.
Jammer deze update BUNQ! Ik begrijp niet hoe recente de beta bijna onveranderd gepushed wordt tot deze update. Ik kan me niet voorstellen dat er veel positieve reacties op die beta gekomen zijn. Het lijkt dan alsof jullie niet amper luisteren naar feedback van de community?
I must agree with all of the users here.
Most of us are regular customers, meaning we pay 7,99 Euro/Month to enjoy the benefits of Bunq when compared to your competitors, but now with the V3.... You are pushing us with the tree stuff that we cannot use even if we pay the 7,99 premium, and saved time?! Who cares about how much time you saved using Bunq, it is literally a bragging thing rather than a useful thing, plus you don't check it every day like you check your checking account, do you?
Ich bin ehrlich gesagt schockiert von dieser V3 App. Völliges Durcheinander. Gemeinsame und geteilte Konten sind nicht mehr zu dinden und werden nicht mehr angezeigt. Bitte stellen Sie V2 wieder zur Verfügung. V3 ist so was von nutzlos, unübersichtlich und unlogisch.
Wordt alleen maar slechter en is onoverzichtelijk , pas werkt niet in Apple Pay ,contactloos betalen helemaal niet zo ook pinnen is uit de boze en geld storten is onvindbaar dacht aan overstappen voorlopig niet toch triest om met zo’n bravour de app te introduceren
And who came up with the briliant plan to hide the account switching? You now have to long press the 'profile' button in the bottom menu. You have to know this or you will never find it. Hiding important actions like account switching is just one example of terrible UX design in the new V3 app.
