• How to downgrade your app to V2 on Android

I actually did the same and reverted the app to v2, I think within five minutes of trying the v3 version. I couldn't find accounts/features which for an app that handles money is a nightmare. I'm so happy I reverted back to v2 but I'm just hopping they don't turn it off server side to force people to update 😓

    @Wouter0100#172558 I still believe in BUNQ but the way this update was forced to all customers is not the way we are used to with traditional banking. I moved all my official accounts to Bunq in the last years and the Bunq App is the only way to access my money and bank details. It would be better to make a beta public available for the crowd and let customers choose when they are ready to switch. At this moment (today) I was not ready and the impact of this app in my personal and my business situation is big. I did not choose to switch today. Althought it was my own mistake to let my smartphone update automatically. I really didn't expect this.

    Banking is a serious thing. I pay for my 4 bunq accounts (3 personal and 1 business). Serious business should have serious banking. Unfortunally I cannot say this update was serious.

    But........... I still believe in BUNQ

      Can anyone recommend another bank in the Netherlands? I need to switch everything. Tired of bunq and their changes that are not customer-friendly, but rather designed to keep developers happy it seems...

        @MarijeCarey#172486 Unfortunately not possible without either a) jailbreak and copy of the app OR b) an unsigned .ipa provided by bunq

          @Andrew-Indigo-Quokka#172612 Knab looks like a nice alternative

            @Andrew-Indigo-Quokka#172612 Let's keep it on-topic and only discuss reverting back to the second-last release :). Switching to a different bank isn't relevant to this topic. We don't want this topic to get closed because we go far off-topic. Thanks!

              @Wouter0100#172480 Erstaunlich das dieser Thread noch lebt.Man kennt ja die Kritikfähigkeit von bunq...

                @----#172623 Please keep it in English, especially if you mention me. I don't understand German.

                  @Wouter0100#172620 Sure...sorry... but I do think it is still somewhat relevant as bunq should be aware that this new v3 is not working for people. An official switch back to v2 would obviously allow me to reconsider my decision to leave.

                    @Wouter0100#172629 People often speak in their own language here because of that translate button you see in the upper left corner

                      @Andrew-Indigo-Quokka#172631 No worries! Thanks for your response. I think they're already quite aware of the criticism received in the official feedback thread. :)

                        @Wouter0100#172480 Thank you sooooo much!!!!!

                          @LH-Black-Wolf#172633 Could it be that that feature is missing on the web version of Together? As I don't see it.

                            @Wouter0100#172629 "Surprising that this thread is still up, considering the ability to censor criticism from Bunq"

                              @Wouter0100#172636 Should be there on web as well, maybe an extension is blocking it? Its even on the index right above all topics :) I even see it in my mobile browser haha

                                @Wouter0100#172636 It's also available on web. It's the button on the upper left in blue.

                                  I would never recommend anyone to ever download a banking app that does not come from an official platform. You must be really, really fed up with V3 haha!

                                    @LH-Black-Wolf#172645 @TwitNour#172646 oh, dumb me. I expected it to be on a post-level, but it's globally in the menubar. Found it!

                                    @HvdG#172640 thanks for the translation!

                                      @lupes#172649 and, if I see how active this thread is, many people are fed up with it :(. APKMirror is one of the most trusted platforms for these kind of APK's, but still: it's a third-party platform not affiliated with bunq in any way.

                                        Guys,

                                        I understand the intention here. But, I always find it a bad idea to advice anyone to download a official banking app from a unverified source (aka outside the App Store or Play Store). So it’s really at your own risk.
