Hi, when I try to add my travel card to PayPal I get a error (after completing 3DS) that "your bank can't verify MASTERCARD-**** at this moment". Has anybody experienced this issue, and does anybody know how to fix this?

@HvdG#193124 Just in case a developer is viewing this (which I doubt), I only get a app crash when all cards that I have fit in the screen. When it doesn't and I try to scroll down the app crashes. When I had a bunch of cards I had a scroll bar, when I scrolled all the way down I got a app crash. The same happens when I change to split screen and shrink the bunq app to as small as possible, I can view my cards but when I scroll down the app crashes.
I have a OnePlus 5T running LineageOS 17.1. I did change the screen size (scaling) to allow for more things to fit in the screen.
Hi,
I would like to downgrade to the travel card subscription. When I try to change my subscription I only see the +1 and supergreen option.
I have been told that I need to remove all cards except for the travel card that I currently have, but every time I open the Cards section I get a app crash, so that is not a option. Any ideas?
I would also rather not send a crash report from a bank app due to sensitive information.
Hi,
I will be closing my Bunq account because, frankly, the service has become worse over the past year, culminating with the release of V3 (the UX is a steaming pile of excrement and the "vocal minority" statement from Mr Niknam is a middle finger to loyal customers- pardon my French). I am considering switching to the travelcard, if it will alllow me te perform online payments (such as PayPal and Google Play, which do not support things like ideal, and to evade the ridiculous 25 cent fee for ideal on a Dutch meal delivery site).
Is this possible? I'd just like to confirm this, even though the answer is probably yes. This is not clearly marked anywhere on the website, but I'd like to avoid any surprises.
@New-Silver-Leopard-657455599#181061 I don't think Bunq will endorse violence as per their responsible investing policy or whatever in any way if I understand what you're saying
@Dave#180554 Ja, erger me hier kapot aan.
https://www.sprout.nl/artikel/gebruikers-klagen-na-nieuwe-update-bunq-wat-er-aan-de-hand
Dan moet ik je toch teleurstellen...
@Henricus-Maroon-Butterfly#175503 Same here, except I wouldn't mind a redesign per se, I would mind a broken redesign. I don't care about planting trees in the middle of nowhere, I do care about my banking and last time I checked I am paying 8€ a month for a bank, not for a freemium game and not for a charity. If these issues are not fixed within 2 months (or if the V2 app is broken which seems more likely) I'm cancelling my account. I also really dislike how Mr Niknam has responded to the criticism, stating that the "silent majority" does not complain about the update. I know many people who use Bunq and no one has said that they find the update a step ahead over V2.
@Wouter0100#172629 "Surprising that this thread is still up, considering the ability to censor criticism from Bunq"
@bunq#170787 "Let us know how we can make it even better"
Hi,
Is it possible to set a backup account for scheduled transfers and direct debits? I have separate account for recurring payments and sometimes these can be higher for various reasons. As I do not want to have more money than necessary in my recurring payments account this would be useful.
Some examples:
- My internet service provider has monthly recurring payments and yearly recurring payments. When a yearly recurring payment occurs, the bill is significantly higher than precious bills.
- For a membership I have to pay a certain amount monthly by bank transfer. When I forget to top up the account beforehand, the transfer will fail which the organisation that I am a member of will not appreciate obviously.
When these situations happen, it would be nice to top up the balance before the transfer is made. The accounting of the place where I have a membership associates its members by IBAN number so performing the scheduled transfer from the backup account will not work. I can assume the same applies for direct debits.
Is this currently possible with Bunq? Otherwise, can I suggest this to Bunq?
Thanks
