There is absolutely nothing amazing on this new app. No logic, terrible visuals. I took me half an hour to find together.
I cannot switch account’s, one of my business accounts is showing 3 times.
How can I revert to V2, because if I have to use this garbage I will be closing all of my account at bunq.

    How to make V3 better? Roll back to V2, duh.

          Mijn traditionele bank was in die 36 jaar nooit onderdeel van mijn zorgen, nu binnen korte tijd, na het afschaffen van het Joint Account en de introductie van de “geweldige” v3 app zorgt Bunq mij voor behoorlijk wat hoofdpijn...

            Het valt me eigenlijk best mee, na alle negatieve opmerkingen.

                    I don’t know where I should even start to describe that mess. There were four beta builds, but in each almost nothing has changed - and almost all reported bugs were still there. As a beta tester I don’t know why devoted so much time and effort to reporting of all those bugs and misbehavings and design flaws - if almost nothing was considered to be changed anyway.
                    You just can not release such a version - especially as a bank.

                    But ok, you seemed to know it better than the constructive feedback of many beta testers and postmarked them just as a loud, angry bunch.

                      @Sven-Cyan-Dragon#171272 Het zou bunq sieren als ze nu een rollback doen, een mea culpa publiceren en terug naar de tekentafel gaan en het later nogmaals (maar dan zonder de huidige overduidelijke problemen) proberen, in plaats van te double downen. Gezien Bunq's trackrecord vrees ik het laatste.

                        -Ich kann nur die gesamten Kartendaten inkl. Ablaufdatum kopieren, aber nicht NUR die Kreditkartennummer. Das ist sehr unpraktisch

                          Ik heb geen duidelijk overzicht meer over pasen en hoe ik deze kan verwijderen. V2 veel beter please help/ update de bugs

                                Dislike! The new overview of my accounts is a mess. Why removing the feature of putting a custom image into it? This is totally frustrating already after a few minutes. It’s not intuitive anymore. Sorry, but thanks, no thanks!!!

                                  Don't know what madness must drive a bank to release a new version, knowing there are unfixed flaws, which are deal-breakers. The broken virtual Card management does hurt some feelings. How am I expected to handle this?

                                      In this thread we have +/- 100 complaints, but no reaction to any of them by bunq-officials.
                                      But we have 2, now 3, positives, and for the first two, we have immediate "hi-5" by bunq-members.
                                      That means of course you're reading the thread.
                                      However the second worst thing for a company coming into troubled water is: to not communicate, to not react, to not respond.
                                      The most worst thing is of course coming into troubled water in first place.

                                      This thread is meanwhile 4 hours old and perhaps you're feeling like walls are tumbling down. Perhaps you're also simply ignoring the complaining ruckus. Well, for the lattter, the things would be even more worse than I want to imagine. For the first, let's assume that all of your guys are coding. But for what purpose? With what underlying plan? Somewhere above it is mentioned that you want to fix the bug with the invisible online-cards. On-the-fly? Seriously? What about all the other details? Do you already have done an analysis? Where are you? What do you want to do?

                                      I know such situations. The worst thing you can do is to play dead or deaf. You have to react. Or your non-reaction is interpreted as your reaction - and that's never of any good. So, please - start.

                                        What can you do to make V3 even better? Revert to V2 and work on the V3.

                                        Either a lot of functionalities are missing or it’s so convenient that I don’t find them (where are my other 4 online cards, allowed direct debits, sorting settings etc).

                                        The counters on the main page are useless (saved time? It takes more time with v3! Planted trees? Useless for non SuperGreen subscribers).

                                        I regret updating. There are some good ideas in the app and I like the design but there’s too much marketing, missing features and a bigger learning curve than the old app.
