@Eirini-Silver-Dolphin#181287 You can switch to the light mode in the settings!

@thijsoost#181317 Light mode looks even worse. The old grey mode was perfect. Even this website uses grey dark mode. Why is the app completely black?
To me, this update reminds me of a process that I experienced a number of times in the gaming world. You have a running system which is pretty nice. Developers make weird choices for some reason, update their game, make a huge mess and the community complains. They keep the mess they made but improve it, saying that they are listening, and in the end there is an "improved" product that is still inferior to the old one. After a year the community is exhausted of complaining and got used to the new thing...
Bunq please, don't make it play out like this. I can see that you are trying to improve V3, but some things cannot be fixed if they went wrong at the start.
Toegankelijkheid was altijd top!
@Menno-Violet-Starfish#181354 Can someone show the new flash button on Android? I don't think it's there yet on iOS. I can't update at least.
I'm curious 😊
There is an error where there is no confirmation screen for ordering a physical card vs virtual card. The card is suddenly ordered and you are charged, and even when you immediately click cancel it is not cancelled
What’s the deal with the bg images on the accounts overview? In the V2 UI it worked because it was separately as an indicator, now in v3 it’s a complete chaos with the text shadow to make it readable. 🤦🏼♂️
@New-Cyan-Dolphin-1230815427#181371 This is really annoying. I also suddenly had a Supergreen subscription because there was no confirmation screen. With only one button I was charged €8 🙄
Why can't I search in the community? I was trying to find answer to my question: Where can I find/edit my bunq.me links?
So that's 2 questions at once 😅
Yes. V3 is definitely a step in very bad direction. Just keep V2 - it is simple, easy to navigate and featureful. No need to change for the sake of change, you are alienating your customers.
Also in V2 it was possible to SIGN OUT not only logout. Yes it is 2 different actions. Log out just requires your fingerprint to log in. Sign out did UNPAIR your current device. It is not possible anymore. Basic security. Not only the new version is worse UI, it is losing important security features ! Unbeliavable.
@thijsoost#181393 That in itself is reason enough to jump ship. Borderline scammy. Environmental awareness great, abusing it as a nasty conversion funnel mehhhhh.
@Johannes-Golden-Dragon-2138067539#181418 Thanks! On login page i can click on "forgot your login code?" but it does not sign me out, it wont unpair the current device. But im using android.
Home screen is completely unreadable. I loved the feature of adding a personal picture to an account. But now that is the account background, it’s a total mess. The picture is meaningless and the text (amount and name) is unreadable.
Pliss hellp me may account is pending
Call it a bunq run or breaking with bunq, but the time has come for me to cancel my private bunq bank account. I started this year with a resolution to switch to a green and trustworthy bank. And so I did. I switched from ING to bunq. I already used bunq for my business, and had such a great experience.
How the tables have turned just a little over 6 months later...
Strike 1: force long-time users into new payment plans and surrounding it all with the worst communication ever
Strike 2: force V3 onto everybody even though beta testers made their concerns very clear
Strike 3: updating V3 head over heals without any clear vision / making rash decisions
And you know what 3 strikes mean? You're out. It's not so much that I couldn't get used to V3 (even though I believe V2 was much better), but it's a matter of trust, and you've lost mine. You've also the 'gunfactor' (customer's goodwill loosly translated), which is the single most important thing you could have as a company.
Ali, if there is any chance you read this: please read Ego Is The Enemy by Ryan Holiday. It's a great read about true leaders and their actions. I highly recommend it to you, because I firmly believe you've let your ego get the better of you.
One last thing: I switched to ASN Bank and it took me just over an hour total. So the 'time saved' feature, as I suspected, is far from representative. And their app is working great. Yeah, is looks a pit plain, but at least I can find every option within 2 clicks.
P.S. I will for now keep my business account at bunq because I do think bunq offers great features - if you can find the in the app. So I hope to see V3 improve dramatically in the next couple of weeks / months. Good luck!
