The frontend is a mess. Really difficult to navigate to something specific, because all the options that are available vary on what page you are on. I liked the previous version much more.

The card icon is really small on android.

I agree that it's very confusing that the menu bar disappears on some screens. I also stepped into the trap of tapping my back button for example on the camera/us/profile tabs, expecting to end up at the me tab. Meaning I closed the app multiple times without wanting to. The me tab should act like the Home screen in the app in my opinion.

Yesterday, bunq released this thread about discovering more functions in V3. This means they even recognize that the app is not intuitive. But instead of improving it they just release a manual? Bunq is supposed to be the bank that makes life easy and saves time. How does V3 make banking easier and faster than V2? I still think it's a big downgrade from the previous experience.
Next to this, the tutorial for adding a receipt is wrong: In the video, they tap on a transaction and then on the flash, and a menu pops up where you have the different options. When I open the app, I just see all options directly on the transaction page without needing the flash. This also illustrates nicely why the flash is leading to an oversimplification of the app. Why introduce an extra button when all the features are right there?

I think this also shows that the grey dark mode looks better than the black dark mode, it's incredibly hard to read stuff and see visual guides on that black background.

Some people say that the latest updates in V3 were a big improvement. I don't see it this way. Small things changed, but the fundamental design choices in V3 are just not right for usability.

I hate this new update. It’s really difficult to navigate. I just tried to make a payment for one of my companies using a QR code but it doesn’t let me choose the right account I want to use in a clear and easy way. I had to tap several buttons to find support. This is a downgrade as far as I’m concerned

@Lukas-Purple-Lion#182047 Ik geef je wel gelijk wat betreft die notities. Dit verschilt namelijk met iOS en Android. met iOS kan ik of de transactie openen en dan via de flash, of de transactie naar links slepen waardoor er opties naar voren komen (waaronder notitie).

Es ist nicht möglich zwischen Debit und Credit Card in der Übersicht zu unterscheiden. Das fehlt meiner Ansicht nach.

Nice new Card Design in 14.0.4, finally It looks even better then in v2.
But the Settings behind that are totally inconsistent. Some settings are behind the tree points and some like freezing the card behind the lightning menu...

Idea:
Put all these settings on one page when you click on each card including the last payments made by this card.

I discovered the same issue half an hour ago. Then I saw that there is already a new version in the Google Play store. That newest version seems to have fixed this.

Wanneer wordt de iPad onderhandel genomen. Heb iPad Pro en in V2 prima mee te werken. In de v3 is het geen gezicht. Lijkt wel een iPhone lay-out. De opties van een iPad Pro worden niet gebruikt

The app is so freaking slow. Please make it faster. It isn't even only slow after a while but already when quitting and re-opening.

@bunq Wat hebben jullie gedaan?! Ik ben van het aanraden van Bunq aan al mijn vrienden naar ik wil hier zo snel mogelijk weg! Wat een slechte update hebben jullie uitgevoerd. Hoe simpel en professioneel de UI was heb ik nu het idee alsof ik aan de speelgoedkassa van mijn kleine neefje sta. De app is heel erg onoverzichtelijk geworden, alle rekeningen van mijn verschillende accounts en verschillende bedrijven staan op één pagina. Dat is voor mij echt ontzettend ongemakkelijk.

En in plaats van de app overzichtelijker te maken, staat er nu allemaal onzin in mijn scherm die ik helemaal niet wil gebruiken. Ik heb alle foto's van de accounts maar veranderd naar kleuren omdat met de nieuwe interface het saldo niet meer te lezen was. Om maar niet te spreken over de grootste knop in de app: Het openen van een nieuwe bankaccount. Dat is niet wat ik dagelijks doe of als eerste nodig heb, maar bewijst wel hoe ondoordacht deze update is.

Geef me alsjeblieft de optie om terug te gaan naar de oude interface!!

Bij het bekijken van transacties is de helft van de informatie verborgen onder een knop, terwijl de helft van het scherm leeg is. Zou weet een klik schelen als ik meteen de volledige informatie kan lezen nadat ik op een transactie uit de lijst heb getikt.

Hi, hoe kan ik mijn rekeningoverzicht downloaden??? Voorheen kon ik dit erg makkelijk exporteren. Nu zie ik niet eens een optie om dat te doen. Erg vervelend dit!. Ook ik zou graag naar de oude BUNQ willen.

Ben nu een paar dagen bezig met de V3 app maar wat een volledige ramp is dit! Ik overweeg serieus een overstap naar een andere bank omdat het gewoon ZO slecht is, ik was net behoorlijk gehecht aan Bunq vanwege het gemak, duidelijkheid in betalingen en dergelijke. En dan gaan ze volledig los op BOMEN...... wat ja Bunq the bank for the TREE(s).

De indeling is ronduit slecht te noemen en ik ben volledig het pad telkens opnieuw weer kwijt. Zojuist ook weer; een bedrag overboeken van de ene naar de andere rekening kost me misschien wel 6 of 7 tikken op het scherm en dan wijzigt ook nog eens het bedrag als je schakelt van rekening, WTF.

Heel dat tijd besparen kunnen ze op het hoofdscherm wel schrappen want sinds V3 kost alles me veel meer tijd. Tijd = geld dus ook geld bespaard kunnen ze schrappen. Dan resteert nog de bomen, mijn teller staat nog steeds op 0 bomen dus dat kunnen ze ook schrappen. Ik plant overigens liever bomen in eigen tuin wat meer mensen zouden moeten doen.

Wanneer komt V4 dat alles weer terug bij het oude is met wellicht een verbetering hier of daar?
