Hi bunq, this is a very unwanted surprise. I had intentionally added an account, were my change gets in. I set a goal, thats high and I myself do not know exactly, so that the percentage is always a small number at about 20%... And I want to surprise myself, by the end of the year, how much I have saved with change money. Now you tell me this number at the top of the screen.

@arne-from-iliades#182865 Yes, the new cards view is so much better! I would say it still misses the expiration date so I still have to open the details in order to do an online payment. But you can see which account is linked to the card and change it with just one tap and this was the main point that was to be corrected. Thanks Bunq for hearing us.

Nice to see you gave us an other update. The notification (1) on the me tab seems to be gone for me now. That was driving me crazy

One thing i do notice though at the first time i open an account it takes a while to load all transactions.
Also the profile seem to take longer to actually show a profile. And for today (juli 1st) it seems to be stuckon "save by knowing how much you spend". If i switch to june (last month) after a second or two the message disapears and i see my expenses but for juli I don't get to see anything.

I did move some money between my accounts today. Shouldn't they show up somehow?

BUGS/Improvement (Android 10, v14.0.13)

• Insights bug. Whenever I open Insights and click on the specific accounts, the app crashes. Reported it (via app) but still hasn't changed after yesterday's update. Hence posting on Together. Doesn't matter which account of which month, can't view anything specific.
• Still unable to change the date range in Android (iOS users can, apparently).
• Push notification displays all the previous pushed notifications too when "dragged down", which is not a useful thing. Will only go away when I click it or interact with it. Swiping it away will only make it resurface on the next PoS swipe.
• Some of the colour palate is unreadable in light mode as it mixes with the background.
• There is some irregularities with iOS app and Android app. Like the Insights date indicator, Cards page etc. Better to have a uniform one.
• I am a user who heavily switches accounts associated with a card. In V2, all I had to do is go to Cards, swipe for the card and see if it is on the desired account. If not, change it. In V3, I have to click on Cards, click on the specific card, click on the rightmost bubble to show accounts then see which account it is associated with, takes me more time and clicks just to verify this. Not very user friendly.

General Ones:

• US tab is completely pointless. Putting the Together there will be so much useful. And will also be appreciated by the majority of the community and userbase.
• I am a Premium user, yet I still see 0 trees planted at the top, all the time. Atleast give us users an option to hide that. This feels like bunq only cares about the SuperGreen ones, or wants us to upgrade to SG.
• Not really sure who came up with the idea of "Time saved". I Don't really understand the point of that, 2 weeks saved.....for what?
• Perhaps consider hiring a better UX designer or look at Behance examples for inspiration. A bank UI should be minimalistic, yet functional and accurate. I don't want trees blocking my 25% of my screen. A lot of your competitors (names that rhyme with Nevolut/R26 etc) have a far better and clean UI. We love you, but you need to accept your mistakes and correct them, not shut us off.

To be honest, I use bunq as my primary bank, and I intend to do so for the near future. I am spoilt with the features and everything which makes me hard to revert back to a more traditional bank, or the fact that most of your competitors don't yet offer a Maestro card for the country I live in. But we are not the "silent minority" anymore. Please listen to your loyal customers before you lose a lot of your userbase. These are genuine concerns, and things we would really love (as some of those doesn't even make sense, like Time Saved, really bunq?). I used to pitch bunq to my friends and colleagues, and now I they are questioning me back and I have no response. And please stop or tone down the marketing in social media how everybody is loving the V3 etc. You know your ground reality. All in all, we know you are reading this and also making the changes. We really appreciate that. Hopefully, you will continue this and address all the concerns.

If you go to the events page, select an event then press the back button it brings you back to the home (me) screen instead of the events overview page. On Android.

At first, I want to say that I am really passionate about the service bunq has developed over the last few years. 🔥🌈

I am absolutely open-minded for change and innovation (that's one of the reasons I have chosen bunq in the first place) but like with many others, for me, the bunq v3 UI is neither intuitive nor fun to use. 😢

In order to give you constructive feedback, I have worked out my dream version of the app and want to explain it below. Please keep in mind that these mockups are not fully thought out screen designs and should only be seen as an inspiration for further development.

Dashboard

In general, I really like the concept of the bunq v3 "Me" page: Every bunq customer has different needs and therefore wants to see different elements at first glance. 👌

But to enhance this modular experience even further, I would like to be able to customize the entire page layout and implement the three bubbles into the main area. Here are a few examples of what the available elements could be:

• Accounts
• Saving goals
• Slice groups
• Trees saved
• Travel assistant
• Insights
• Utility Widgets
• Custom Add-Ons
• Whatever else you can imagine... 🚀

This would allow users to optimize the app for their needs and could also be a place for new features bunq might want to add in the future. The grid design is inspired by the new widgets in iOS 14 and would, therefore, fit perfectly in the overall design of the app. To reflect the overall function of the page I suggest renaming it to "Home".

Magic Plus Button

In Addition, I would like the magic plus/lighting button to be refined.

At first, I think this button would be way more intuitive if it would have the same functions associated on every page. This could be quick-access features like "Pay", "Request" or "Scan".

Secondly, if we would be able to interact with an element by dragging the button on top of it, the functionality and depth of this object would increase dramatically and we could access complex actions way more quickly and intuitively. Please refer to the link below from the to-do app "Things" as an inspiration.

Mockup Home

In order to keep a clear overview of what happens under the hood of the shiny new "Home" page, I would wish to get the "Events" Page from v2 back. It has always been a perfect way to see both recent activities and planned events at the same time.

Like with many other users, I have absolutely no use for the current layout of the "Us" page. I think this page would be way more practical if you would combine it with the old "Help" page and call it "Together" as the community bunq is surrounded by, is a major plus point for the customer experience.

Last but not least, settings, subscription options, security options, and other personal details could neatly be stored in the profile tab.

Ik kan me ook in de meeste opmerkingen vinden. Alleen ben ik juist groot fan van de multifunctionele actieknop. Die op elke pagina staat, maar de functies zijn aangepast naar die pagina. Dus liever niet dat die overal hetzelfde doet. Je hebt juist op elke pagina behoefte aan andere acties en deze knop voorziet daar heel goed in. Voor mij juist heel intuïtief.

Ben wel benieuwd naar je opmerking over het slepen van die knop. Is dt juist niet meer werk dan er alleen op klikken?

Algemene opmerking. Ik lees terug dat mensen moeite hebben met dingen vinden. Dat snap ik niet zo. Ja het is anders dan in V2. Maar het is wel gewoon logisch geplaatst allemaal. Behalve bunq.me. Wat diet Dat op de us tab.....

En uiteraard vind ook ik de us tab zoals hij nu is nutteloos en zie ik daar meer een together / support pagina in.

Move the bunq.me links from the US tab, it does not make sense to be there.
Get rid of the 3 circles. It's taking up 1/4 of my usable space.
Make the sub-accounts single-column instead of double. And then move the account photo next to the name instead of behind it.

Wat is die nieuwe app ruk zeg. Kan er niets meer in terugvinden, zoals bunq.me links, foto toevoegen aan een rekening uit een galerij kan niet meer. Zoals al eerder te lezen hier, de status over een aantal bomen, geld en tijd bespaard, dat maakt mij niet uit. Zet er wat nuttigs neer ipv dit.
