  • [FIXED] Scanning QR won't allow me to select an account

I have 3 different accounts, 1 personal and 2 business accounts. I've combined all of them into one dashboard (which is a great improvement compared to the previous app where you had to keep switching profiles).

However, when I use the QR scanner for a payment (iDeal for example), it always selects my personal account and there doesn't seem a way to select which account to debit from...

    @IvorNL#185259 Same here. First swicth accounts, bij long pressing the account icon, then scan the QR-code.

    When you have multiple accounts, there should be an option to choose during scanning.

      This doesn’t work for me anymore since the last update! Am UNABLE to select any account from my business account. Only the personal account is available... Can’t pay several things now... Plz help.

              Can you please make sure you've updated to the latest version of the app. The easiest way to do this is by checking in your App store. This bug issues was fixed with our last release so it should be all good after it. Let us know if you keep experiencing any issues, so we can check further for you 😊

                @Nikoleta#204859 Hello the issue still persists with the current version. Additional help would be appreciated as currently bunq is unusable for me

                  The exact issue is having 2 accounts on the user ID. When selecting QR payment Bunq will not allow me to select which account to us and defaults to one account only. This has not been an issue for me until the most recent update . I have done all of the basics: uninstalled/reinstalled and logged in/logged out. Please help
