  • I already saw that, but now I realise the card is named Maestro :P. Thanks Jakob!

    • I received a new (business) Maestro card. An ATM withdrawal worked fine. Though I have no clue how to identify which is which (I have several),
      The app mentions a card number, but the card itself has no number on it!

      How can I solve this puzzle?

      • Today I have attempted to pay for an order using ideal. During all my attempts, as soon as I scanned the code, I got an error saying something like 'ooops the code expired', this while it only took me seconds to scan the code.

        The only thing I did was change the account from a business account to a personal account.

        I contacted the merchant who said he would look into it, but I have little faith in that. Meanwhile, I've lost nearly 300 EUR

        Please investigate and make things right!

        • Vandaag Snelstart gesproken en die geven inderdaad aan dat het initiatief vanuit de bank moet komen. Letterlijk: "Onze deuren staan open om met ze te koppelen".

          Dus Bunq; onderneem svp actie en realiseer een snelstart koppeling!

          • It seems I'm unable to reconnect my factuursturen.nl with the new Bunq API. Already contacted them and said they don't receive any account details when trying to connect to my account and the problem is probably on Bunq's side.

            • I have 3 different accounts, 1 personal and 2 business accounts. I've combined all of them into one dashboard (which is a great improvement compared to the previous app where you had to keep switching profiles).

              However, when I use the QR scanner for a payment (iDeal for example), it always selects my personal account and there doesn't seem a way to select which account to debit from...

              • Whenever I try to use my fingerprint (Samsung S10+) to verify a payment I get stuck in an endless loop where I have to keep pressing the fingerprint area. The only way out is to cancel and fall back to using my regular code..

                • Reboot the phone. Haven't uninstalled yet because will need to do the whole verification process again. Phone is Samsung S9+ with android 9 and latest version of app,,

                  • Doesnt work.. Also tried hardware reset..

                    • M'n telefoon stond op Engels tijdens installeren vd App. Taal nu weer teruggezet naar Nederlands, maar de app blijft Engelstalig
