• iDeal bug, losing me a lot of money

Today I have attempted to pay for an order using ideal. During all my attempts, as soon as I scanned the code, I got an error saying something like 'ooops the code expired', this while it only took me seconds to scan the code.

The only thing I did was change the account from a business account to a personal account.

I contacted the merchant who said he would look into it, but I have little faith in that. Meanwhile, I've lost nearly 300 EUR

Please investigate and make things right!

    I think it's better to contact bunq support about this.
