FloLoL79🌈 In my opinion, all these issues originate from the fact that bunq released an update too early without testing it. As a result many bugs remained and since many people use bunq as their main account they are very much concerned as their money is in stake. This could have been avoided but let's not look what happened but rather what can be improved.
I believe a fair and good communication would significantly change the mood of bunqers when they have an impression that they are listened to. And they get clear answers to their questions.
This forum is not the best place anymore to look for solutions as it's too saturated already. There is no proper search function and the topics are all messed up and repeated endlessly. There were many suggestions offered in the past but it was overlooked. As a result it also complement the frustration of bunqers. As well as the moderators who are trying to fix what bunq doesn't do.
I sincerely hope it will be improved in the best interest of bunq and for the sake of bunqers.
