Ik weet niet wat de positievelingen betaald krijgen voor de ongefundeerde positieve feedback, maar ik ken werkelijk niemand persoonlijk die positief is. Zal wel aan mij of aan mijn kennissenkring liggen 😂

When will the balance prediction be working again like in V2? On android it is a static useless chart that shows my balance only for the current day.
I was struggling to find some payment functions in the new layout. It all seems a bit too much. The dark 'Cards' ( = 4) button, is 1 click too much.
Could I click immediately on the Tap&Pay button please?
I loved ♥ it is one of the bank I have enjoyed using the most I recommend 100% to other new users i love bunq bank
We are moving away from Bunq. As a company we do not feel that we are the target audience anymore of Bunq. The latest update V3 pulled the trigger for us. Why did we move away:
- The app decreased significantly in UI/UX experience (certain steps take significantly longer)
- The app is not a social media app. No need for 1 of the 4 buttons on the button to be the Bunq news feed
- The top 3 buttons are of no relevance of a business user.
I wish Bunq the best of luck, I think they can pull it off. But we are not joining the ride for now and are switching to another (traditional) Bank.
Clicked here from an email asking me to give feedback. Overall, I don't feel positive about the new bunq update. I keep looking at the "amount saved" and confusing it with my balance. It takes my brain a moment to adjust. Worse, the plans have changed and my girlfriend and I started to be charged separately which costs more overall. For this reason, she closed her account and we no longer share an account. Shame. Given that other banks now have Apple Pay, I'm personally having trouble justifying bunq. I do prefer bunq because it's new and things tend to be smoother, but I'm not sure bunq can compete on cost. For me, once upon a time, Apple Pay was the killer feature, but now I couldn't really name one.
It would be helpful to see the actvities of the credit card when you click on it. right now there is a large empty space
I'm afraid that the only ones excited about the new app are the people who made it leaving thousands of users with something they don't like and longing for the old version where everything was clear and simple.
I hate V3 and I hate the stupid self praising emails bunq keeps sending me about V3. I have the new version on my back up phones and V2 on my main phone. Hopefully bunq doesn’t force me to switch to v3.
@methetnet-B-V-Blue-Puma#187252 Just going to the Us screen turns me to rage. Inane Instagram photos beamed straight into the app?! Why why why? A load of models in cropped shorts and boaters smiling at a tablet.... I mean, please, life is too short
Shocking.... That u keep up sending enthousiastic emails about v3.... You may be happy with it, but your customers aren't... Please show us that you care about your customers by removing the 3 spacing taking balloons about trees and other non banking related stuff
teech yur furking compliance team all about numbers... they seem to think that 2 is a lot and 35 euros makes me a terrorist... DUH oh dear are you going to close my baccount coz i tell it like it is?? if yur black i willk call you a nigger is that sooo wrong
I don't like V3. It's a mess maybe it will get better over time, but for now V2 is much better.
De update naar V3 is langzamer dan V2 en overall is de interface onoverzichtelijk.
Ook zijn de drie cirkels op alle pagina's van 0 toegevoegde waarde. Ik zou ze graag willen verwijderen.
I think V3 is awful. It is not intuitive, not particularly user friendly and visually less appealing. Is it possible to revert back to V2? It would be nice to have the option, as V3 is making my user experience to consider another bank and app.
It would be nice if you would first showcase your redesigns to the community before implementing them. And also give people the option to stay with the UX they enjoy.
Nagyon jó!! Tetszik ahogy dolgoznak és ujitanak.
@Reyer#187261 But they don't care :)
I think it’s shite but then I think Bunq is shite. So sick of gimmicks and things can be simple are more complex than they need to be. It used to be simple to pay money to someone; yesterday it took me 5 minutes to figure out how. And the dark mode is horrible. Can’t wait to switch banks to one simpler and cheaper (ie most of them)
@Ruth-Pink-Swan#187270 There is also a light mode
