@Elena-Pink-Penguin#238304 bunq does not support outgoing SWIFT transfers in their own backend at all, regardless of the country. It works only through their partners Wise and CurrencyCloud (both stopped transactions with Russia and Belarus).

Maybe you can find another financial institution or service that can help you with what you‘re trying to do. For example some high-street banks might still allow outgoing transactions to Russian banks that aren‘t affected by sanctions.

Use Wise! at the payment screen, even though CAD is listed above. Because when you select CAD directly, it will open another sub-account in CAD currency which can only send SWIFT transfers. This would still work fine probably, but it's more expensive in most cases. I am not yet verified (tax info) as my visa/ work permit application is still in process in NL. I am however earning a salary from a Dutch company, and have payments to make in the Netherlands.

Can I first of all safely receive my salary, and then make payments of around €2000 from a non-verified bunq account?
