  • Can I pay Netflix with bunq

So i don't have a prepaid card and was hoping to use bunq on Netflix to have a membership but Netflix says that there Is some problems with the payment method... Any clue?

    @New-Olive-Leopard-1149173743#187699 Do you see Netflix showing up in the bunq app as an declined event? If not, bunq never got the payment or you used wrong card details. I'd suggest to contact Netflix.

          Bij mij geet Netflix ook aan dat er problemen met betaalwijze dat ik wil gebruiken. Ben pas klant en alkes geactiveerd. Pas ook besteld. Online betalen zou mogelijk moeten zijn.

            Het is geen structureel probleem. Ik gebruik al heel lang mijn bunq-rekening en iedere maand wordt er keurig afgeschreven via een automatische incasso.

                  @Neihana#187728 I am also not able make payments to Netflix with the virtual card. Support asked me to contact Netflix but this seems more as a general/wide issue with Bunq and Netflix. My first experience with Bunq is somewhat disappointing.

                    @New-Maroon-Dolphin-2676975633#208910 nehmen sie die Lösung, die im Beitrag direkt vor Ihnen geschildert wurde: Online-Karte bei paypal anmelden und danach paypal bei netflix als Zahlungsmethode verwenden.

                        @New-Maroon-Dolphin-2676975633#208913 OK, Jeder so wie er es will. Ich habe eben versucht bei netflix mein bunq-Konto als Lastschriftziel einzugeben. Dies wurde abgelehnt, da Netflix die Kontonummer über die deutsche SCHUFA verifiziert. Die SCHUFA kann keine ausländischen Konten überprüfen.

                          @New-Maroon-Dolphin-2676975633#208913 Andere bevorzugen PayPal oder Klarna, damit sie nicht ihre Kreditkarten Daten nicht an jeden Händler weitergeben müssen.🤷🏻‍♂️
                          Was eigentlich auch sehr klug wäre.

                            @Flo1979#208922 Sind im Endeffekt eh nur eine handvoll PSPs, die die Zahlungsdaten kriegen. Außerdem zockt PayPal bei Währungsumrechnung ab und machen es in letzter Zeit schwer bis unmöglich, diese zu deaktivieren. Also ich persönlich vermeide die, wo es geht. Der Käuferschutz ist meistens auch irrelevant 🤷‍♂️

                              @Jakob-Y#208947 Ja klar, Klarna oder direkt Apple Pay sind netter.
                              Zumal der Paypal Support, selbst wenn es um einen Betrugsverdacht geht, quasi nicht vorhanden ist.
