I recently received a metal card. Problem is when I try to pay with it the terminal will tell me: wrong code.
I changed the code in app already several times to my standard pin code. But still its giving an error message..
Did any one have this problem before? How can I solve this?
Il faut faire un premier retrait au guichet automatique pour valider le code pour pouvoir payer en magasin. Par contre normalement tu peux payer sur internet
Sam 🇳🇱🇬🇧Wizard@Malcolm-Grey-Butterfly#188338 To get the code to the card, you’ll first have to use it in an online terminal. Your best bet is to use it in an ATM, as they are most likely to be online.
My guess is that the terminal was offline when you tried to pay.
