  • In Metal card pincode not working on terminals

    I recently received a metal card. Problem is when I try to pay with it the terminal will tell me: wrong code.

    I changed the code in app already several times to my standard pin code. But still its giving an error message..

    Did any one have this problem before? How can I solve this?

    • In +1 & notification problem

      My app is stuck with 2 red-dot notifications that I cant figure out where they are coming from.
      I think it has to do with my resent +1 adding. Today the account of my partner got confirmed.. however I can't find any traces of our shared account.

      He sees an account called 'Travel account', but I dont see this account in my app..... So which account is he invited to? I have no clue how to get into our shared account. It doesnt show between account visibility.

        Dear community,

        I invited my partner as a +1 for our vacation.
        I just got a notification his account got accepted.. but now I'm questioning to which accounts he has access?

        He sees an account called 'Travel account', but I dont see this account in my app..... So which account is he invited to? I never had to enter which account i wanted to share with him. So I have no clue whats happeninc now.
