I have some subscriptions which I automatically pay with my Bunq card. I got a message from one of the subscriptions, paymant failed due to an inactive card. I also got a message from Bunq: Seems that your card is inactive... Why was it deactivated en how can I reactivate it? Thanks for any support...

@Marcel-Cyan-Puma-1930794113#190341 You can see the status of all your cards by going to the "Me" tab and clicking on the "Cards" tile. Greyed out cards are frozen, active cards have their usual color (rainbow or metallic white). By clicking on a specific card and going to the action menu (with the lightning bolt / flash icon) you can always freeze and unfreeze a card.
Make sure you're not accidentally blocking a card, as that action is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you block a card, you will not be able to use it again. So it's better to only freeze a card if you want to make it unusable only temporarily.
@Jakob-Y#190401 hello, I’ve been trying to click deactivate card, but then it brings me to a subscription that I need to pay. If I cancel nothing happens and the card still is deactivated. What do i do?
