I think that it’s time for bunq to introduce phone support for premium subscribers. I’m sick and tired of waiting for hours, sometimes days to get a response via chat.
Let’s say that you’re at the checkout and the terminal declines your card (you slowly turn red) and you want to call your bank, but your bank (for which you pay €16.99 a month) doesn’t offer phone support. So you send a message, instead of receiving a response within minutes; you receive a response the next day.
The reason that Bunq cannot verify you over the phone is just a stupid excuse. ALL other bank offer phone support.
