  • Overview not showing multiple accounts

Normal in the overview you can see the amount in the private and in the business account. Now somehow its gone. In the menu the to show accounts are the check boxes ok but still doesn't show.
Actually, we use the app much, we really liked as how was before the big app updates. Anotjer thing, its anoying in the overview left top show savings for saved amount with transfers or transferwise and me and my wife got in an argument because somebody of us took money out of our savings. It took all day to make the explanation that in this case is a n amount not in our savings.
Really, with the big update it went frustrated to use the app. All time searching for how was or where was this hidden in one menu or option.
All time must visit bunq how to by other users.
Fix the bugs please
Bunq concept is good and van work perfect if was not for everytime changes or things not showing because of a new bug

      Hi everyone, apologies for this bug slipping into the app release. We've identified the problem and we're rolling out a fix to the Play Store at this very moment. It should be available for download somewhere tonight.

      We're reviewing how this wasn't caught before roll-out and we'll make sure it doesn't happen again.

        Topic can be closed, the update fixed the problem

          @Pain-blue-quokka#198476 Exactly the same thing happened after releasing V14. I reported the bug on Thursday, but Support didn't acknowledge there was a bug then...

            Today's update doesn't solve this. Several accounts still not showing up after the update. And they aren't available to select under Visible accounts or Total balance settings.

              @arne-from-iliades#198551 Hi Arne, if the problem isn’t solved for you it might be you’re experiencing a different bug, or the app update hasn’t propagated to you yet.

              Could you check if you’re on android bunq app version 14.10.2?
