• My Maestro card doesn't seem to work everywhere

Oddly enough my Maestro sometimes gets denied upon payment (it’ll accept my pin code but then not accept the actual payment). What is causing this and how do I fix this? Here in the NL most businesses only accept Maestro!

          That's correct. bunq only suggests the Maestro Debit card for The Netherlands and Belgium. For all other countries bunq suggest using a Mastercard, preferably Credit such as the Travel Card and Metal Card for the best acceptance.

            Yes I live in the Netherlands- sometimes it’s the only accepted form of payment. Thing is, my friend had the exact same card at a restaurant and hers worked fine while mine didn’t, so I’d like to figure out what is causing this
