  • How to open another Business account?

Hello, I need help with the following. I have today with BUNQ a personal account (under a personal email) and a business account for one business (under the corporate email of that business). I am trying to sign up for my second business for BUNQ under a that 2nd business corporate email. I definetely need a New User Account, not a new sub-account. The issue I have is that when I go to profile and "Add New User Account" it asks me my email and code as if this new user account was already signed up. But thats the whole issue, that I want to sign up for it

When I added my first corporate account was under old version of the app (which was MUCH better) but under this NEW version I cant figure it out

PS to whoever designed this new version of the app: I am really glad that BUNQ is planting trees, but there is no need to devote a whole tab in the app to tell me this or send me an article about my own self-esteem. you can just send a newsletter type email and save precious app real estate for the kind of functions that users need BUNQ for on an everyday basis.
Also its really confusing the fact that the same Buttons (namely settings and lighting) change in functionality depending on the tab you are in.

    I agree the process could use an improvement, and also shared that feedback. You can open a new Business account from your Personal profile and then Me > ⚡️> Business account. In that case it will take you through the process of creating a new Business account.

    When your Personal and Business profile are merged you must first unmerge them, this can be done as following:

    • Go to Me
    • Tap on ⚙️ in the upper right corner
    • Choose Company Settings
    • Select Unlink account

    Switching between profiles is possible by long-pressing Profile in the bottom row.

        I'm having similar challenges, tree gripes, and button confusions as you. Fundamentally, how Bunq manages users and accounts is not ideal. They seem to treat bank accounts as users, and thus the login information (e-mail, phone number, ...) is tied to the bank account itself. I have multiple accounts (2 business and one personal) and had to use THREE DIFFERENT email addresses and 2 different phone numbers for myself to make this work with bunq (the third account doesn't have a phone number!!!).. And I can't make them all the same because of the "that phone number/email is already in use" error. Then they've linked the 2 business accounts into my personal account's view. Having working in the financial sector for 20+ years now, I've never seen anything set up this way (and that's not bunq being forward looking btw)

        I really really hope the new hotness v15 bunq addresses how they organize users and accounts.

            Go to Home, then from the overview of your personal accounts tap on Add Account and choose Business account there. This should give you the option to open up another account for an additional business.

              I have one personal account, and one business account. I would like to open one more business account. I don't find "add an account" menu in "profile> Settings> company settings"
