For starters, some cool new features were added with the update. I think the bill splitting is a great idea (although it’s not really the time to go out for drinks with friends).

The menu bar has also slightly improved. I think ‘home’ and ‘community’ make a bit more sense than ‘me’ and ‘us’.

The updates to the circles, and the ability to hide them are nice. Although I would have preferred to see an option where you can change the content of the bubbles yourself. For me it boils down to hiding all the bubbles, as none of them show the information I like to see.

The ‘home’ screen already looked nice and still looks fine. I do not really like my bunq.me link showing in there though. It would be great if I could hide this, or at least change the background color of it.

The ‘community’ tab is still something I do not think should be in the banking app. I think the whole page is useless and the fact that Ali said it was pretty much perfect and didn’t need any chances, while it was the most hated item of entire V3 (and that’s a very doubtful honor) is simply shocking.

The ‘profile’ page looks a lot cleaner, which is great, but I find it to be a bit confusing that the fold menu is called ‘my accounts’. I assume this is a bug.

Last, two small notes:

  • The loading speed of the app has been very bad since the launch of V3. This still has not changed. This should be a priority.
  • Clicking any menu item (especially going to Together) opens a new window in which the menu bar is no longer visible. It takes quite a few clicks to go back. It would be very nice if the menu bar could be 'always on top'

Overall the bunq V3 got some nice updates and it’s slowly but steadily improving. For my personal taste there is still some way to go and more customisation would definitely be nice to see.

    Yes! The Bunq we love is back with a great update bringing smart new functionalities (and letting us collapse the three infamous top counters if we want to). They've been listening to the community. Bravo!

                    Mit dem Update hat sich zum Glück einiges gebessert. Mit fällt jedoch auf, das ich für Karten und Gesamtansicht keinen neutralen Hintergrund (schwarz/grau) verwenden kann. Das war vorher besser.

                    Und die Konten kann ich nun nicht mehr sortieren. Bunq.me hat in dieser Übersicht, meiner Meinung nach, nichts verloren und müsste ausgeblendet werden können.

                      @R#202388 Android. Kann das Konto auswählen und "verschieben" die anderen Konten machen aber keinen Platz und schieben sich nicht nach. Wenn ich das ausgewählte Konto loslasse springt es wieder an den alten Platz.

                        Hmm. I used to have this in the past with iOS, but it seems to have shifted to android now :p. Report it to support as bug.

                          Editing categories for the monthly budget doesn’t work? I can choose edit, select and add different categories and save but when I look again the chosen category isn’t included.

                            @Lukas-Golden-Jaguar#202390 Hi Lukas. There was indeed a little bug in the android app preventing you from doing that. We fixed the problem and you should be able to download the new version from the play store (15.0.2). 😁

                              Ik ben van mening dat de update belangrijke verbeteringen heeft, maar echt gebruiksvriendelijk is het nog steeds niet. De onnodige Community tab, waarom bunq.me links zo zichtbaar? Die links ken ik uit m’n hoofd en wijzig ik zelden. De ⚡️-knop die overal andere functies heeft. Informatie moeten verbergen, die ik in de eerste plaats niet eens wil zijn.

                              Te veel niet relevante informatie en belangrijke functies nog steeds verborgen 🤷🏾‍♀️

                                Finde es auch super, diesmal alles richtig gemacht.

                                  Auch von mir ein super Update echt Klasse die Übersicht und die Funktionen. Unter Android kann man die Kacheln leider nicht wie bei ios verschieben, bitte ändert das noch , ansonsten super

                                    Wie kann ich denn die Karte Bunq me ausblenden? Dadurch rutech die Kontos weiter nach unten und sind nicht mehr alles Sichtbar. Ich nutze kein Bunq me und die Anzeige interessiert mich nicht wirklich.
