  • What about the surveys announced in 15.4

Where are the polls that were announced in Update 15.4? I searched everything in the app and couldn't find a single survey. I would very much like to participate and give my opinion. I like surveys and am now a little disappointed that I can't take part in any.

    The survey concerning bunq Deals can be found under Profile > Money Saved (left ring) > bunq Deals > Scroll down to Tell Us Your Dream bunq Deal.

    The other survey can be found under Home > ⚡️ > Scroll down to Vote for the Next bunq Product.

      @Tim#206695 Thank you for your reply, but there is nothing in my own app (iOS 14.2 and bunq 15.4.1). I scroll to the end of the menus you mentioned, but no „Tell us ...“ and no „Vote for ...“.

        I've asked around and the following thing might be the problem for you: the surveys only appear when the bunq app is set to English at the moment.

            @Esther-Orange-Unicorn#206699 Die Umfragen sind nicht lokalisiert. Daher werden sie (absichtlich) nur angezeigt, wenn als Sprache Englisch genutzt wird. Also kein Bug per se.

            Aber es wäre natürlich schön, hier wenigstens Übersetzungen in die von bunq unterstützten Sprachen anzubieten.

                You can change the language any moment in your iPhone settings (also similar on Android) under Settings > bunq > Language.

                        Was ist so wichtig an diesen Umfragen? Und wieso sollte ich Einstellungen an meinem Telefon ändern, wenn ich dies hierfür gar nicht möchte?
                        Und ist der englische Markt für bunq so wichtig, dass die Meinungen von dort bevorzugt werden?

                          bunq arbeitet auf Englisch. In alle anderen Sprachen muss erst übersetzt werden, was nicht nur Geld, sondern auch Zeit kostet. Ich denke, man will erstmal gucken, ob man mit den Umfragen hilfreiche Meinungen sammeln kann oder nicht, bevor man das Feature komplett zu Ende entwickelt. Den "englischen Markt" gibt es ja auch nicht wirklich, sondern in allen Ländern wird es mehr oder weniger Menschen geben, die die App bevorzugt auf Englisch nutzen. Es gibt also imho auch keinen Grund Einstellungen zu ändern, wenn du dies nicht möchtest. Bei den Umfragen verpasst man ja nichts an Banking-Funktionalität.

                            Aber irgendeinen Zweck verfolgt man doch sicher mit den Umfragen?

                              @Jakob-Y#206761 Ich erwarte sicher nicht, dass die Umfrage selbst (ins Deutsche oder was auch immer) übersetzt wird, sie sollte nur für alle zugänglich sein in der App, erst recht, wenn in der Update-Beschreibung damit „geworben“ wird.
