In the meantime, we can add the address manually for you. Just send us a proof of residence document from the app (Profile > Menu > Get Private Support). You can check the accepted documents here

            Can you please check if you’ve enabled the location access for bunq on your device, and if you haven’t done that, please allow it for the bunq app. That should fix the issue πŸ‘

                      I am sorry this did not help. The steps should be Settings > Privacy > location services , then scroll down to bunq and make sure you have given bunq permission to your location. This workaround does not work with everyone, indeed. Hence, the bug issue is still being investigated, so we can come with a solution for everyone.

                      To ensure that the fix for this bug works correctly, thus also to prevent that we create new bugs while fixing this one, the developers will thoroughly test this scenario to ensure that everything works smoothly. This requires some time, but it's necessary so we can offer you the best bunq experience. 🌈

                          I am really reconsidering opening up an account here.. seems there are too many bugs and takes ages to have it fixed.. unbelievable... for a bank that promises so much..

                            For iOS users, can you please try these steps on your device: Settings > scroll down and find the bunq app > tap on it > you should see Location as the first option > Allow it "While using App" or "Always" and make sure to toggle the Precise location.

                            For Android users, on your phone's home screen, find the app icon > touch and hold the app icon > tap App info > tap Permissions > More > All permissions. Under "Location," you can find the type of location the app requested. If you don't find "Location".
