Jackson The bug is already identified and fixed, as was reported earlier by Ophelia here: https://together.bunq.com/d/41108/40 The rollout of the bugfix is however taking more time than expected. If you want to be prioritized, open a ticket with Private Support by going to the [Profile] tab > [Menu] 🌈 > [Get Private Support]. Tell them about your issues with the Mastercard ID check and you'll soon be up and running again.
It's indeed a bit frustrating that the fix hasn't rolled out to all bunq users just yet, but if you're able to take the extra time out of your day to open a support ticket, I'd highly recommend it!
