NGMJ Lourenssen I just wanted to note.... Bunq Mastercard has a problem with online payments. We are facing it for months.

WORKAROUND: Create a NEW virtual card PER transaction make the transaction then remove virtual card. Otherwise use PayPal this verifies card once and continues to work.

While this workaround might indeed work as you described, everyone that reads this should keep in mind that there is a limit to how many virtual cards can be created that includes cards that you block/delete. According to the Pricing Sheet that limit is 20 cards per year.

Wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, wird der Zeitraum pro Karte betrachtet. Trotzdem habe ich seit Ticketbeginn das Problem, dass ich keine virtuelle Karte erstellen kann, obwohl lt. Support dies im Mai/Juni wieder hätte möglich sein sollen.
Der Fehler ist seitdem bekannt und ich hoffe mit jedem Update auf Besserung. Leider vergebens.

Das Problem besteht weiterhin. In meinem Fall bei der Verwendung der Kreditkarte über Amazon.

Wie kann das Problem nach so langer Zeit immer noch bestehen @bunq ?

Ich kann aktuell keine meiner online Karten richtig nutzen für die Shops, bei denen ich was kaufen möchte!

Ja, da hast du recht. Daher habe ich bewusst "laut Preisliste" in meinem Kommentar geschrieben. Die Realität sieht nämlich in der Tat noch anders aus. Ich bin mal gespannt, was früher kommt: der Bugfix, oder eine komplette Überarbeitung der virtuellen Karten. Glaube fast an letzteres.

Übrigens: Seitdem die neuen virtuellen Karten verfügbar sind, kann ich „endlich“ wieder auch selbst virtuelle Karten erstellen und nutzen.

Es wird nicht mehr wegen Überschreitung des Limits zum Erstellen gemeckert und die Karten haben bisher bei jeder Transaktion funktioniert!

Es hat zwar etwas gedauert aber nun bin ich wieder glücklich! ❤️👍

I funded my account today with 100 euros. I managed to make 2-3 transactions. The app informed me that my card was blocked. Also the delivery of the card to the postal address is also blocked. What should I do? i have no other way to pay for food, medicine and parking.
