Miroslav I'd be happy to help you, but I'm not completely sure what issue you're facing. I tried out several other translation software, and now I suspect you might be having problems with an ATM, right? If an ATM does not dispense the cash, even though it should've done so, you first need to contact the company/person that operates the ATM. They should be able to check if cash was dispensed or not and reimburse you accordingly. Make sure to save this correspondence.
In case you don't get reimbursed properly, you can contact Private Support by going to the [Profile] tab > [Menu] 🌈 > [Get Private Support]. Supply them with as much information as possible and send them your correspondence with the ATM operator. They might then be able to help you further with this issue.
