• Personal Support - How bunq makes it an awesome experience

I started working at bunq just a week ago but I have already learnt lessons worth a 100 days. My on-boarding showed that here each minute is precious and each minute is spent on making something amazing for bunqers! ❀ This commitment and energy is ever-present in the whole office, but it struck me the most when I tried myself as a support guide for a couple of hours.



    the support has always been fast, friendly, informative, and most importantly left you feeling satisfied with a warm feeling for bunq instead of unsatisfied and cold towards a brand like other banks

      Since, I have become a customer of bunq I am blown a way by the quality of their customer service. For example I reported a bug where a letter was written wrongly on the account statement that was generated. And they replied to me today that they fixed it. This never happened at my old bank... I send them a message about a bug and nothing ever happened. This is just one example of why I love the bunq support team so much, they are doing such an amazing and awesome job.

        I can write down a thousand words to describe the awesome support you guys/girls deliver every single day... but I will keep it short this time: the support is simply top notch and an example for many many other companies. Talking to support always feels like talking to a family member! πŸ‘ 🌈 Keep up the good work.

            The support at bunq is hands down amazing! I have literally never encountered such a high level of warm, friendly, intelligent, patient and blazing fast customer service that is even responding quick and aptly in the middle of the night, during holidays or while they are battling attacks. And not just in the support chat, they also reply the same way on email and twitter. You can ask all sorts of questions, they leave nothing unanswered, and I even had friendly chat sessions with some about offtopic stuff. It doesn't feel anything like a regular company where they pretend to be friendly but between the lines you can read their script. Instead the bunqers here make me feel like they actually want me to be their client. Put aside all the other outstanding things bunq does, I believe the support staff is the best part of bunq and the entire private sector can learn a great deal here. 😘

              I've never experienced better support from any company (not just banks) than I have with bunq. I think that's how most people feel.
